Pet Friendly with $95 Fee per Pet, Maximum 2 Pets. Small dogs only. 20 pound weight limit per dog.
Parking for 2 vehicles, rental golf cart will use one parking space

• 2 Huge resort-style pools (1 family-friendly & 1 adult only) – Hours: Sunrise to 10 pm, smaller one heated during cold months.
• State of the art gym
• Boardwalk to the beach w/ golf cart access (Mile Marker 28)
• Kids area w/ books, games & TV located at the pool pavilion
• Golf Cart Rentals
• Chair and Umbrella rentals

• Resort Events
• Trailers/boats are not allowed on the property. Violation of this could result in it being towed.
• Sunflower Beach Resort is a growing community w/ active construction Mon – to Friday 7 am to 7 pm
• Must be 25 years old to book one of our units. Strictly enforced, ID checked upon check-in.
