This home presented by Elite Vacation Rentals, is modern and spacious, with a large great room that opens up to the backyard. The cozy living room has comfortable seating for movie nights or game days, and features surround sound for an immersive viewing experience.
The primary bedroom is a retreat on its own, with a king-sized bed, TV, walk-in closet, and luxurious bathroom. The bathroom has a soaker tub, walk-in shower, and separate door leading out to the backyard.
The remaining three bedrooms are also beautifully decorated with queen-sized beds and access to the shared hallway bathroom.
For those who need to work from home or just want some quiet space, there is a dedicated office with desk monitor in the front of the house.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary conveniences and plenty of storage space. There is also an indoor laundry room for ease of living.
Outside in the private corner lot backyard, you'll find endless entertainment options. Take a dip in the sparkling heated pool with water feature or relax on one of the sun loungers. Gather around the fire pit for s'mores or enjoy meals at the outdoor dining tables that seat 8-10 people. There's even an expansive outdoor kitchen complete with burners and refrigerator.
Other amenities include super fast wifi throughout the house and a 2 car garage for your use.

Whether you are a leisurely stroller or a dedicated runner, the meandering walking paths found throughout Seville are easily accessible for everyone to enjoy and experience the beauty of this master planned community. The community's network of walking paths and trails connect residents to parks, which feature many amenities and usable space for resident and community use.
Shaded ramada's host picnic tables and barbecue grills for small or large events. Tot lots are a great place for the kids to play. Nestled beneath shade trees, benches line the perimeter of the playgrounds, providing a beautiful place to supervise children at play. Little ones will enjoy hours of play on one of our four tot lots, scattered throughout the Seville community. The parks' expanses of grassy, open areas are perfect for playing catch or soccer. Whether you are having a picnic or playing frisbee, the parks are a wonderful place for neighbors to get together and enjoy our pleasant Arizona weather in a great community.

The Seville Golf and Country Club in the heart of the Seville community has many wonderful amenities for those who choose to purchase memberships to the country club. This is an extra fee and does not come with the vacation rental.

SPLASH. This home will be equipped with a heated pool as of October 1, 2024 and pool heating is optional. The cost for pool heat is $65 per day.

WOOF! This home is dog friendly. A total of one dog will be welcome for $25 per night pet fee or for those guests staying 30+ nights the pet fee is reduced to $10 per night.

City Code Enforcement:

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $3000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

Air Conditioning: Please note A/C cannot go below 70 degrees as this freezes out the units and causes issues. For stays of over 30 nights, an electricity cap has been determined as presented in your rental agreement.
