The Space:

Your next vacation spot? Myrtle Beach Resort! This unit is on the first floor (ramp accessible) - it will only take a few minutes to walk to the beach. The resort has amenities galore - which include outdoor pools, indoor pools, hot tubs, a gym, basketball court, tennis courts, playground and more!



Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family beach retreat.



Parking: Easy access private parking lot with secured entry. Motorcycles are allowed, however, they must be parked in a certain parking lot on the premises. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, RVs or boats in the parking lot. PLEASE NOTE: Beginning January 1, 2026, the resort will charge a $10 daily parking fee per vehicle, payable by credit or debit card only at the security gate upon arrival. For guests with extended stays, the monthly parking rates are as follows:

- $50 per month during January, February, March, October, November, and December

- $100 per month during April through September

For your convenience, you can also reserve and pay for parking online in advance through the resort’s prepaid parking website, which is now active and available for use.



Entry: 1st floor - ramp accessible. Self check-in with keypad.



Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Other amenities include coffee machine and cooking spices.



Family room: Spacious! Access to the balcony via sliding glass doors. Peak of the ocean!



Bedroom 1: Queen bed. Attached bathroom.



Bathroom 1: Full bathtub and shower.



Bedroom 2: Double & twin in bunk style!



Bathroom 2: Full bathtub and shower in the hallway.



Balcony: Very spacious (elongated!) and private balcony with peak of the ocean!



Beach: Walk a few minutes through the resort to access the beach! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex. Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Washer/Dryer: Coin operated machines available in the complex.

Getting Around:

Guests can walk anywhere on the resort (beach, amenities, etc.). The complex has easy access parking or else guests can walk to the front gate and catch an uber/taxi.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, tennis courts, hot tubs, parking lots, grounds, etc.



Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Routine Pest Control happens on the third Wednesday of every other month. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.



IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.



No pets.

By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 23 years of age or older
