PCB Sugar Shores: stunning one bedroom direct oceanfront condo, 2nd floor

Welcome to PCB Sugar Shores, a stunning 1 bedroom, 2 bath gulf-front condo located on the easy-access second floor of the Windward building at Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort in Panama City Beach.

This recently renovated and beautifully decorated condo sleeps four to six with a king in the master bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa plus a double sleeper loveseat in the living room. The living room features comfy furniture, a Smart TV, and an amazing view of the Gulf that you can soak up from within the condo or from the private balcony. A fully-equipped kitchen is ready for any meals, drinks or snacks, plus a washer and dryer and free wifi are offered for the ultimate in convenience. We also have a twin rollaway bed if needed. Maximum occupancy is six (6).

For your convenience, we also provide beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, sports balls, and beach umbrellas.

The resort's minimum age to rent is 25 (firm). No pets, parties, or smoking allowed, Guest must sign a rental agreement and agree to a $300 damage hold placed on their credit card before the stay. Booking includes two parking passes; a 3rd is available upon request for $40 + tax/fees.

You feel safe and at home when you walk into the facility. The location of this condo is the best of both worlds! You have the slower pace of the beach while also being within walking distance of all Edgewater has to offer. Jenny was so helpful throughout the whole process. We had a mix-up with our car tags, and she ensured we were promptly taken care of. The room was spotless and had everything you could need (which saved us from packing so many extra beach items)! Overall, we would love to stay here again for future vacations!

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was stocked with everything we needed—including beach chairs, toys, and so many thoughtful extras. It made our trip so easy and enjoyable. The hosts were super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

The Best of the Best!

This place was spotless and fresh. So relaxing and what a view. Close to everything but still felt like we were away from the crowd. Owners and property manager were all so kind and helpful. We definitely want to come and stay here again.

This unit is very nice and clean. I love the fact that it had a dehumidifier. The bed was comfortable. The only thing that I see needs updated is the Sofa's.

Loved our stay in Sugar Shores condo. Everything from start to finish was seamless. Adorable condo and very comfortable. Loved the view of the gorgeous ocean from all the windows. Short little walk to the beach with lawn chairs and umbrellas. My grandkids said the pull out sofa was very comfortable both of which are teenagers. I would not hesitate to stay here again. LOVE LOVE LOVE

Great place and perfect stay!

The u it was crisp, clean and had all the items needed for a comfortable stay. The views were amazing and the bed is super comfortable. You can’t beat Edgewater as far as people and amenities, and this unit did not disappoint. Highly recommend.

Exquisite condo with gorgeous beach view

My mom, sis and I were looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay at PCB and we found it in this little gem. The condo was beautifully decorated, had a lovely view of the beach and was equipped with all the amenities we could ever need. We can’t wait to return next year to PCB Sugar Shores for another mother/daughter trip.

PCB Sugar Shores- Home away from home...

PCB Sugar Shores at Edgewater was just as described. My friends and I were looking for a condo, beachfront, and we found it! The condo had everything we needed, so our time was spent at the condo/beach and not traveling everywhere to buy things. We enjoyed our morning coffee sitting on the balcony and just listening to the waves. It was a much needed vacation for the 3 of us. (best friends for over 40 years) We look forward to many more stays with PCB Sugar Shores.

Just bring swimsuits!

I was so impressed with Sugar Shores! Booking was super easy, Jenny was helpful and very responsive. The only thing I had to bring for the beach was swimsuits. There were beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and toys. The condo was fully stocked with basic household essentials like toiletries, paper towels, coffee. I have never stayed somewhere that had everything my son and I could have needed! And the decor is stunning!

Breathtaking view and very comfortable

My family and I had a wonderful experience staying at Sugar Shores, at Edgewater during our spring break in April 2024. From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the breathtaking beachfront view, just steps away from the pristine waters – it was nothing short of magical.The condo itself exceeded all our expectations, boasting every amenity imaginable for a perfect vacation. The condo was decorated beautifully. Even with two big, tall teenage boys, the fold-out couch provided them with a comfortable night's sleep, ensuring everyone had their own space. With two full baths, convenience was at the forefront, making showering a breeze for our bustling family. One feature we particularly loved was the separate entrance to the master bedroom and laundry room, allowing my husband and I to enjoy our morning coffee on the master balcony without disturbing our sons sleeping in the living room. The kitchen was incredibly well-equipped, catering to all our culinary needs, including both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig, which pleased everyone's coffee preferences.The highlight of the condo was undoubtedly the expansive patio overlooking the ocean, accessible from both the living room and master bedroom. The plush, comfortable linens and ample bedding provided ensured our relaxation was never compromised.The heated pool adjacent to the condo was a delightful surprise, perfect for the slightly chilly April weather during our spring break. Utilizing the Vamoos app provided by Edgewater, we indulged in unforgettable experiences, from booking a beach bonfire to reserving our beach chairs in advance – convenience at its finest. Jenny, the host, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of exceptional, maintaining excellent communication throughout our rental experience. In conclusion, our stay at Sugar Shores was truly unforgettable, and we are already planning our return. Thank you to Jenny and the entire team for providing us with a five-star experience that exceeded all expectations. We cannot wait to return.

Beautiful place!

Would definitely stay here again!! Beautiful accommodations and very clean condo. Comfortably fit our family of 5 and has everything you need to feel at home. Take in the breathtaking views of the beach throughout most of the condo including the master bedroom. Highly recommend this updated and gorgeous home away from home.
