INDOOR LIVING: Comfortable sitting areas, designer furnishings, towering cove and beam ceilings, skylights, travertine floors, five Smart TVs, Sonos surround sound, spacious bathtub, lighted vanity, walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms in all bedrooms, immense storage, chef-style kitchen, dining table for eight, three fireplaces, mountain views throughout the house, 3374 approximate square footage
OUTDOOR LIVING: Patio dining, Weber gas grill, stunning mountain and sunset views from balcony and porch, balcony or private patio from all bedrooms
KITCHEN: Multiple sets of dishes and glasses, coffee maker, garbage disposal, toaster, blender, Cuisinart, ice machine, wood-grained island that seats four, cozy fireplace nook with table and comfy chairs, chef-class pots and pans and knives, stock pots, two-drawer chilling station, warmer drawer, walk-in pantry, spice racks, five-burner gas range, double ovens, large refrigerator and freezer with filtered water.
