A perfect place to bring the family to enjoy what this lovely townhome has to offer. It is a 4 bedroom forest view unit that is perfectly located in one of the more secluded areas of the Chinquapin Community. While staying here you will have access to all the amenities the property has to offer. Such as the Saunas, Tennis courts, 2 private sandy beaches, pool (summer season), and more.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that some features and amenities may be unavailable in the winter due to snow—including but not limited to BBQs, outdoor furniture, and patios. Additionally, Chinquapin amenities are not guaranteed and may be unavailable due to weather, maintenance, or other circumstances beyond our control.
All guests will be required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement upon booking confirmation.
