Brockway Springs #13. "MILLION DOLLAR VIEWS of LAKE TAHOE!. Sunshine streams in through two glass sliding doors that lead to your private patio with brand new gas BBQ grill with lake view. Single story ground floor unit completely renovated. Cozy up next to the natural gas fireplace. Short stroll to resort’s year-round swimming pool overlooking the lake heated by natural hot springs. Walk to stunning, sandy Kings Beach shores, grocery store, shops and restaurants. Life is good!

The Space:
Other amenities include the resort's lakeside pool, heated by the nearby historical natural hot-springs. The pool is a short, pretty walk from the property, and is open all year, (with the exception of maintenance closure, one week in the spring and fall) along with a club house, coed sauna and exercise room. The recreation area also includes tennis courts (lakeside) and a pier, great for swimming, fishing or for picking up guests in your boat.
We are located the north shore of Lake Tahoe and the area offers you a kaleidoscope of things to do and see (whatever your mood or lifestyle); from skiing and boating, to exciting casino night life, to a quiet evening in front of the fire.
Interaction with Guests:
Full time staff in onsite Rental Office. 7-days a week 9 am- 4pm
