Único en la planta superior son techos más altos y claraboyas que aportan más luz. Esta unidad cuenta con muchas mejoras incluyendo granito en la cocina con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, actualizados vanidades y granito Contadores en los baños, pisos de madera en los dormitorios, y azulejo a través de. La unidad también está muy bien amueblado, con una decoración de estilo Tommy Bahama. This was one of the best locations and condos we’ve found in the area. It was roomy, clean, well stocked kitchen, beautiful view from the corner balcony and the perfect place for us. Hilda was very responsive to every question and the few steps to the beach made it so easy to carry our chairs from the well stocked locker that had everything we needed for the beach.

First and best Gulf experience

The condo could not be any more perfect looking out towards the ocean. The place was very clean and accommodating for a family of five. We are definitely returning in the years to come

Great Gulf Views

Nice property, awesome balcony with great gulf views. Indian Rocks is lovely and not overcrowded or over commercialized. We had a great stay. Several good restaurants within walking distance.

The condo was perfect. The view spectacular. We were lucky enough to see dolphins from the balcony twice during our stay. The condo was very well stocked. We needed nothing other than groceries. Would definitely return if they would have us.

The was extremely well stocked with everything you could need from beach chairs to spices. The property was very well maintained and clean! The location was perfect and the beach never once felt crowded.

Fantastic views and right on beach

Stayed with husband and 2 kids and really enjoyed the stay. The view will not disappoint and the bedrooms are spacious. We had some chilly weather so the only thing missing was a couple of throw blankets and we still could have sat out on the balcony. The close proximity to the beach is fabulous especially with small kids and all their beach gear! Spotted dolphins swimming on our last day - would definitely rent again.

July 4th Trip

The location is the best. We walked where ever we wanted to go and the view is AMAZING!!! The condo was very spacious and clean. The balcony was my favorite place to be. The only complaint I have about this condo was the mattress pad on the mattress in the master bedroom is very worn out, but we will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place!

We were very impressed with this condo. It had everything that we needed and the location is gorgeous. The patio furniture is very nice and comfortable. There are beach chairs and toys, umbrellas and beach towels. I am not sure why there were some unfavorable reviews on this unit because I can't say enough nice things about it. I am so glad that we chose this condo and we hope to come back again in the future!

Gorgeous views & fully stocked with all your needs!

We loved the condo! It was clean and spacious and the kitchen was stocked with all we needed. The guest closet was loaded with lots of beach equipment, which we all loved. The views of the beach were amazing and the sound of the waves was so relaxing. My husband spent lots of time on the balcony enjoying the view. The grills in the pool area were nice to have and we used them several times. If we go back to this area of Florida we would definitely stay here again! Thank you to Frank and Hilda for all of your help.

Absolute perfection!

We've stayed in IRB a few times in the past, but this condo is absolutely my new favorite. This top floor unit is bright, well-appointed, clean, and comfortable. The corner unit location provides extra light and ocean views, and the balcony is spacious with comfortable seating options. The heated pool and hot tub were clean and well-maintained. The location truly cannot be beat; the soft sandy beach is mere steps away and several excellent restaurants are within easy walking distance. To top it off, Hilda (the property manager) was friendly and communicative. When we make another IRB trip in a year or two, I will definitely be looking to book this unit again!

Much Needed!

We booked this property after looking at the pictures and the size of the patio. The views were spectacular and the condo was very clean, cool, and cozy. We loved sitting on the patio at night and watching the sunset as well as hanging out at the beach. The ladies enjoyed shelling on the beach and we brought be quite a bit of them. We were also surprised that the property had an elevator, which helps with getting groceries and beach items back to the food without making numerous trips. Overall, we loved the Condo and will look at booking again next year! Our favorite restaurant was Paris for Breakfast and Guppy's for lunch or dinner. The property manger was outstanding and made reservations easy for us. Thanks!

Outstanding!

We were at this condo for a well needed week of relaxation. We have been booking through VRBO for a number of years and this condo was by far the best yet! Clean, beautifully decorated, kitchen was stocked like home, plenty of towels etc. They even had beach chairs for those of us that can't crawl on the beach, that are a little higher off the sand! The deck/balcony was the best part, really large and we spent our evenings relaxing watching the sunset. the beach was clean and it was easy walking to numerous restaurants. Our only "issue" was the tv operation which we figured out eventually, too many remotes and no labeling or instructions through process of elimination we got it done! Overall.. are thinking of booking for next year right now!

Beautiful condo, directly on the beach

The condo is exactly as pictured in the photos. Tastefully decorated and clean. Everything was in working order. All that you need for the beach is there. The view from the balcony is beautiful. Nice relaxing outdoor furniture as well. We spent every morning and night drinking coffee on the balcony. We liked that the beach chairs and umbrella are stored on the ground floor, so no lugging them up and down. Just steps from sand! We didnt use the pool, but every time we looked down there, there was maybe one or two people in there. Most of the times there was nobody. Lots of stores and restaurants in the area. The only downside for us was that there is a public beach access with parking on the right side directly below the balcony. So alot of activity there with the beeping of car horns as people exited and locked their vehicles. The beach itself, we felt, was smaller and busier than what we expected. Regardless, it was still a very nice vacation spot. Definite 5 star for the condo!

Better Housekeeping - could have made stay better

The condo was nicely furnished, but not as clean as it should have been. The guest bathtub/shower and kitchen sink was dirty. My first day there I had to scrub both before we could use them. The floors had been swept, but didn't appear to have been mopped. Finger prints on kitchen appliances. My main irritation was we had 4 people staying in the condo, but only 4 washcloths. There was a white rag (very stained) that was mixed in with the washcloth pile that I am assuming was supposed to be our 5th washcloth. I notified Hilda Loaiza and she said she would replace the dirty one the next day, but that never happened. It was not fun to be continually do laundry so we would have clean wash clothes each day.

Too short!

Our vacation was cut short due to hurricane Ian. We arrived Saturday night and had to evacuate Monday afternoon. Hilda was amazing and very helpful. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The main bedroom en-suite was on the small side. Overall a very nice condo.

Overall good place to stay with family.The only thing sinks in bathrooms need to be cleaned they where very dirty. Everything else was well maintained.

Good beach spot & balcony

Great location! Bathrooms need some work as both the showers do not drain well and are mouldy in the caulking. Kitchen floors weren’t very clean and countertops not wiped down (notified agent right at check in but never heard back), however the beds were comfortable and the beach decorations were so cute!
