This home boasts two spacious indoor gathering spaces and two expansive decks at the rear, offering panoramic views, serene sounds, and always a refreshing ocean breeze.

The ground level of the residence is designed for relaxation and entertainment with a tiki hut theme. Guests can craft their favorite drinks at the well-appointed bar, complete with a beer fridge. Engage in leisurely activities such as pool or poker while keeping up with the latest sports matches on the dual large-screen TVs. There is full size bathroom along with a cozy studio bed nook and a comfortable reclining sofa.

Moving up to the second floor, guests will discover the laundry room, a spacious deck offering panoramic beach views, and four bedrooms: one king suite, two queen suites, and one bunk room with a single full bed and three twin beds. Each bedroom boasts its own private en-suite bathroom. Each room in the vacation rental is uniquely themed.

The third floor includes a king suite, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a refrigerator with ice maker, a dining table that seats up to ten people, a living room, and a convenient half bath, all of which have stunning beachfront views from every window. For those seeking shade, a selection of classic books awaits in the staircase library, offering a tranquil escape accompanied by the soothing sounds of the ocean.

Outside, guests can enjoy the coastal breeze while playing bean bag games or rinsing off sandy feet in the outdoor warm water shower.

Sand Point guests can also take advantage of neighborhood amenities, including a private pool, hot tub, grill, and picnic area. The private beach boardwalk is conveniently located just two houses away from Shell Yeah! Just steps away from the property is The Beach Lodge, a charming beachfront restaurant and bar nestled among the sand dunes, offering an ideal spot to enjoy a refreshing beer and burger after a day at the beach.

2. Upon confirming your reservation, we`ll email you a rental contract outlining our policies, rules, and expectations. Please review and sign it before your arrival to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.
3. Parties or events are not permitted.
4. Please use your designated parking space at your residence. (Golf Cart Accessible)
5. No Pets Allowed. Any non-disclosed pets will result in a charge of $400.
5. A key to the home must be picked up AND dropped off at the NWVR office.
