The unit itself has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. All bedrooms and living rooms have their own smart TV. There is a Queen bedroom on the main floor with a common full bath and laundry. The second level has a living room, kitchen, dining room all with marina/ water views and primary bedroom (river views) with full bathroom and walk-in closet. The third level has another living room with a sleeper sofa, queen bedroom with full shared bath and a fully huge balcony overlooking the Marina/ Harbor.
All the amenities needed for daily living are provided including dishes, pots and pans, silverware, specialty cookware, kid's plates/ spoons and forks, smart TVs in every room, high speed internet/ Wi-Fi, washer and dryer in the unit, 2 car garage (which cars are to be kept in), no cars in the driveway. Cars will have to be registered with license plates just before booking (Owner will send separate documents to be signed) Any additional cars must be parked in the parking lot adjacent to the hotel. There is a propane grill in the garage for use. Please pull out of garage when using. All linens, towels beach gear are provided.
