Sag Harbor Oasis!! Beautiful 5 bedroom, 3.5BR home on private wooded lot with heated pool

The home provides for ample space and privacy across floors. The first floor is open plan and awash in light. There are full windows along the back wall and french doors leading to a 1000+ sqft deck overlooking the pool.

The upstairs King master bedroom has a crib and shares a bathroom (with tub) with the other upstairs bedroom (with 2 double beds).

The mid-level master King suite features a 70 inch free standing soaking tub and separate shower en suite, and is a short flight of stairs up from the first floor. Suite has an exercise bike.

Finally, the two lower level bedrooms both have double beds and share a brand new beautiful bathroom with a shower. The unfinished basement has a washer/dryer.

The home is centrally located to most attractions in the Hamptons. It is a quick ~7 minutes to Long Beach (Foster Memorial) and ~15 mins to Sag Harbor town, with its amazing restaurants and shopping (we are happy to provide recommendations!). The home is also ~ 15 mins to Southhampton, with Wolffer Estate, Duckwalk Estate, Hank's Pumpkin Farm and Flying Point Beach amongst popular destinations.

Please note - we do not rent to people under the age of 28 years old and there are no parties allowed, and for short term rentals, pool heat is metered separately (should you choose to use it - it is often not necessary).

This was my second time in this home, my family understood why instantly. Great energy, everything we could possibly need and an amazing layout. Everything is straightforward, clean and any questions answered promptly. Will keep coming back and screaming from the rooftops how relaxing our time there is.

Great family house with large deck overlooking a pool - spacious common space and bedrooms for my family. Location is convenient multiple towns with Sag Harbor, Southampton and Bridgehampton within a 10-20 minute drive. Second time renting this house and would definitely come back.

Not enough time

Had a peaceful weekend at this beautiful property, I only wish I had stayed longer. Listing is accurate except it can’t possibly convey how much it felt like I had arrived home upon walking in. We had everything we could have possibly needed and then some. I will definitely return! Our host was very accessible and communicative though truth be told, we didn't need to reach out as we had no issues whatsoever.

Host and house were equally great

Wonderful stay

Jeff’s house is beautiful. He is a great communicator, very responsive and helpful. There was a problem with the pool heater and he let me know prior to our arrival and kept me updated on progress until it was fixed. We loved the pool, all the shared space and ample sleeping accommodations.

Excellent Hamptons Family House

My family had a great stay at this large house with pool and tennis court. Jeff was very communicative and the house is very convenient to Southampton, Bridgehampton and Sag Harbor. The house has plenty of space for a family with a great back decks for swimming, sunning and eating. Would definitely rent again. Thanks Jeff!

Great house for a family gathering

We had a great Thanksgiving weekend with a full house of people from 3 generations. The house was so comfortable for everyone, with a great layout in the living rooms/kitchen/dining. Kitchen was well equipt for taking on such an epic meal....we were not disappointed. The owners were helpful and pleasant to deal with. I would highly reccommend. Thanks again!

Beautiful Family Getaway

The home was the perfect place for our family to enjoy a long, beautiful weekend. Inside has everything you need to cook and plenty of room for lounging. Bedrooms are nicely separated for privacy. The outside has a beautiful deck overlooking the pool and tennis courts which we enjoyed everyday. Owner was responsive and very easy to get in touch with. The booking process was easy.

Wonderful Vacation

My children, grandchildren, and I stayed in this beautiful home for 5 glorious days. The bedrooms were all clean and comfortable. The living room is huge with enough seating that when children are watching TV, one can lie on another couch in another part of the room with a book or sit and talk with other adults. We spent most of our time in the pool or on the tennis/basketball court, but were just a short drive to the bay, which some of us went to every day. When we had a question about anything, the owners responded very quickly. I am hoping to rebook for next summer!

We loved our stay at the Sag Harbor Oasis

The house is just as beautiful as it appears in the pictures. This house is completely updated. We really enjoyed the open floor plan for meals and socialising. Having the pool and tennis court/basketball court meant there was something for everyone to do outside as well as chess and board games for inside. We loved the separation of bedrooms for privacy. Jeff and Laurie were fantastic hosts. They were available to answer any questions we had and they were very accommodating. We can’t wait to plan our next vacation.

We had a great time in this beautiful house with our 4 children and their grand parents ! Playing tennis, plunging in the swimming pool, enjoying the beauty of the house and surrounding forest, and enjoying Sag Harbor proximity.
