Cuenta con 4 dormitorios más, principal en suite y todos los baños de mármol. ¡Cocina vikinga con despensa, dos lavaplatos, dos lavabos, horno profesional y su propia sala de vinos! Comedor independiente. Salón con chimenea. Escandalosa sala de entretenimiento / película 'Man Cave' con una gran pantalla plana y un sistema de sonido envolvente completo que te dejará boquiabierto.(¡¡¡literalmente!!!) Den adicional, por lo que hay mucho espacio para extenderse. Además, ¡casa de bono con vestuario, baño y sala de estar! Increíble agua salada de 50 pies, piscina de gunita con 'cama de bronceado' de extremo poco profundo Muy bueno para niños y adultos.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The yard is the most spectacular thing ever- pictures don't do it justice! And the location is wonderful. Great for our growing family :)

Nice pool and well-located

Overall a fine stay, the house had a severe insect problem primarily ants but was otherwise clean. Host communication could use a lot of improvement, there were week-long delays in message response after booking and then during the trip the host kept sending unannounced vendors (like a lawn guy while we were laying out by the pool). We had a nice time but we would not stay here again.

Jess was one of the most difficult tenants we have had in 20 years of hosting. There were never unannounced vendors. Lawns need to be cut and pools need to be cleaned. Upon check out it was evident that there was some type of party thrown which is against our house rules. I would not choose to rent to Jess or her entitled group again.

Amazing Stylish Modern Property in Beautiful Sag Harbor!

Our family just got back from an amazing fall weekend in Sag Harbor. What made it awesome was the lovely modern HOUSE and the lovely spacious yard. The kids had a blast running around in the yard - coming from the city where we have zero outdoor space - this is a BIG treat for us! The property also has a hot tub that sits next to the pool house which works great! It was a clear fall night and saw the bright shining stars from the hot tub. We had all of our meals in the awesome gourmet chef's kitchen and elegant dining room. Kitchen appliances and utensils are top notch! My espresso loving husband made use of the fancy Italian espresso machine! Also, it's important to note that the owner has been a pleasure working with. The owner is very attentive, detail-oriented, and friendly. We are already looking into our next trip back to Hamptons through same owner. Thank you for making our first trip to the Hamptons an unforgettable experience that my family will always cherish. We look forward to bringing the rest of our family out for a holiday family reunion in Sag Harbor/East Hampton!

My wife, 3 kids and I stayed at Zachary and Nicole’s home for the first two weeks of August. The home was perfect for a young family but would have been equally great if it was just my wife and I. The pool area was amazing and allowed for an amazing finish to the summer. The house itself was clean and clean and well cared for as well. There was never a moment where we wanted to be anywhere but there!

Gorgeous house

Thank you Zachary for your hospitality! My girlfriends and I loved our stay. The location was great and each bedroom had a comfy bed, tons of pillows, and warm blankets. The kitchen was so fun to cook in and had an array of pots, pans, knives, spices, etc which made it easy to prepare a nice family meal. The hot tub was super hot and the backyard felt secluded. Zachary even let us have early check in which was very generous. I would highly recommend this wonderful house!

Totally Chic Designer Home in a convenient area!

Zachary and Nicole's house is so stylish - simply chic in every way. I especially love the kitchen and living room area, the countertops are amazing and the flow of the house is wonderful - great for entertaining. The pool and pool house are terrific and a huge bonus to come home and relax after strolling back from the village or spending the day at one of the local vineyards. All of the comforts of home are provided and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for a family dinner or fun get together with friends. The location is terrific, so close to Sag Harbor, East, South and Bridgehampton's beaches, restaurants and farmers markets. Montauk is just a short drive away. We can't wait to book again for this coming summer. Thanks Zachary and Nicole for being fantastic hosts. See you again soon!

Great location, well kept house, great backyard!

This is actually our second stay at this property! The hosts are great and very easy to work with. The house comes well stocked with towels and spare blankets! The kitchen has every gadget imaginable. The real show stopper is the yard. The pool is great for kids and adults. The location can't be beat. Literally, a 5 minute drive to Sag Harbor village.

Pristine, organizing, welcoming and homey !

We my husband and I arrived the home was so pretty. Pristine condition and clean! The little touches around the home makes you feel as though you are in your own home. It was stocked with everything you could imagine. And most important to me it was comfortable! I would totally stay again. This time in the summer!! Coming Summer 2019 !

Lovely, well-maintained home and property

It's a wonderful, well-decorated home and property with responsive and accommodating hosts. Convenient/short drive to great restaurants and bars. Comfortable beds and well-appointed kitchen. Unfortunately, poor weather did not allow us to experience the outdoor spaces, but it looked exactly as pictured and hope we have an opportunity to experience another time in the future. Would certainly recommend!

First trip to the Hamptons

My first trip to the Hamptons was perfect. I live at the beach in Southern California so I wanted to experience October in the Hamptons. I rented this property my first trip last year, I tried to book again this year but I had more people coming with me so I rented the owners other property. This Sag Harbor home is charming, clean and elegant. It had every emenity we needed. It was quiet and cozy and the yard was gorgeous. The Tunicks were responsive and professional, they even told us where to shop and dine while we were there. Loved the home and my experience with the Tunicks.

Three years in a row!

I have just booked my third stay at this home. My family and I found this home on VRBO 3 summers ago and have rented ever since. This home is well stock and very clean. It is in a great location. We walk into the village in about 20 minutes for light exercise and to grab coffee in the morning. If Sag Harbor is your favorite town, this will be your favorite home!

Great Location, great hosts!

I am writing this review to let you know what a great home this is! I recently contacted the owner to rent again this year. He told me about a very bad review that was posted. He was glad it did not change my mind on renting from him. To tell you the truth I don't see how so many things could have possible been wrong, as I stayed there only a month later. Zachary and his wife are great hosts. They gave us a ton of ideas what to do while we were there: from restaurants, wineries and local attractions. All we had to do was ask! They were very responsive to any of our questions. As for the house, it is very straight forward.The house was very clean. (no odors) All televisions worked fine. There are plenty of clean linens. The kitchen is well stocked with every gadget imaginable. There was a faint water mark on the ceiling by the sky light. That was the extent of any damage we noticed. Overall, this house has an amazing location with easy access to the prime villages. The hosts are great too! My family can't wait to get back.

NOT OK....

I am not even sure where to begin. We had at least 20 issues with this home, from a leak and ceiling collapse to ants everywhere, lights, horrible smells, pool issues, cable box, TV's...this list just goes on and on and on. Overall, the house is OK, but NOT worth the money. We were extremely disappointed with the owners, they were unprofessional and rude. They don't take pride in making their renters happy, it is strictly a business for them. I can't even begin to go into detail and write a full review, because it would take me hours upon hours to describe the disappointment we felt after spending 2 weeks in this home. So, just a word to the wise, DO NOT RENT THIS HOME...

My struggle with Homeaway is that the review process is very unfair. To address this review properly would be impossible. This renter was extremely difficult. Please remember you have rented a home, not the owner. Just because you do not know how to use something, does not mean it is broken! As the case with the televisions, cable boxes and lights! There was a leak in the skylight. What this tenant does not tell you, is that t was fixed within 2 hours. At that time they were reshown the entire workings of the house and 3 light bulbs were replaced. They decided they wanted to heat the pool, which requires a deposit for the propane use. They did not want to pay the additional deposit. For their inconvenience with the skylight, we turned on the heater without a deposit. They kept complaining and literally called and threatened us, at all hours, saying that they would write a bad review if we charged them for any expenses. We told them that if they were not happy they could leave. I guess the house wasn't so bad since they decided to stay another 10 days and finish out the lease. Lastly, in all the years we have rented, we never had to ask someone to please be CLEANER. As a they order they describe was found to be dirty diapers. If you are interested in my property please come see it in person for yourself. (as they did!) I am sure you will be delighted!
