Lowcountry Cottage Suite 3 miles from oceanfront and 8 miles to downtown!

Experience serenity and luxury in a newly constructed lowcountry cottage suite. Prime location; 3 miles from the ocean front, Folly Beach, Charleston and only 8 miles to Historic Downtown Charleston. Relax in a brand new suite which features a classic cast iron clawfoot tub, a double head shower, a king size bed, 12 foot ceilings, a kitchenette, TV, it's own private entrance and driveway. The home is located near the Fort Lamar Heritage Preserve. Experience the Lowcountry now!

The suite is connected to the backside of the home with its own driveway and entrance. You'll stay in a private, large bedroom with high ceilings, a beautiful ceiling fan with a mini split heating and air-conditioning unit so you can set the thermostat to your liking. There is a sliding barn door separating the bathroom with duel sinks a walk in shower, a toilet room and a walk in shower. The kitchenette has a microwave, sink, mini fridge, coffee maker with complementary coffee.

Great place to stay!

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend and it was great! The hosts were very nice, the place itself was beautiful and very comfortable, and its location was great! We were about 7 minutes from Folly Beach and about 15 minutes from downtown Charleston. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property in great location, close to Folly Beach and the best of Charleston. Perfect for a get away or romantic weekend. The tub is to die for! Dont miss it. Very clean and pretty. Excellent bed.

Dream Weekend

My girlfriend and I stayed here for the weekend and it was the perfect place for two people. It was very clean and welcoming as well as in a good area. It is attached to the home but is separated by a door in which you lock to make you feel more secure. We would recommend this place for anyone!

A perfect little place

The house was absolutley beautiful. We werent farther than 7 minutes from anything and we woke up to fantastic weather ever day. The dual shower heads were very welcome after a few hours at the beach and the dehumidifier was a life saver.

Perfect getaway!

Everything was perfect! Great location. Super clean. Quiet and secluded yet close to everything. Fabulous place to stay. We would love to come back again!!!! Just book it and enjoy for yourself. Don't miss the nearby breakfast at Smoky Yolks.

Beach Bungalow

I brought my 17 year old daughter to Charleston to check out a couple of colleges combined with a fun girls trip. This spot was perfect! About 15 minutes from Charleston on James Island, it gave us the opportunity to check out the beach life of Charleston. Super clean, new, and perfect size for the two of us. Highly recommend!!

We were so very happy with our stay at Lowcountry Cottage. This cottage was immaculate and super clean. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was beautiful. There is nothing negative to say. Very quiet and easy to find. Perfect location and close to our family reunion. Will definitely stay here again.

Cute little Cottage!!

My husband and I came to Charleston for our Anniversary and we didn’t want to stay in a full house or a hotel. This was perfect for the two of us. Very, very clean and welcoming. It’s as you see on sight. I would recommend this place if you’re visiting for a few days. As people have mentioned it’s a little difficult to locate but the neighbors across street had the cutest full-size manatee. You can’t miss it!!

When my daughter and I arrived, it was a little confusing finding the entrance (sparate entrance from the main house). But once we located it, it was everything we expected. Very nice and super close to the beach. We were there for 2 nights and the only suggestion that I might have is that we only had 2 wash clothes. But other than that it was great.

Nice suite

The pictures are true to what we found on arrival. Very clean. Convenient to Charleston, Folly Beach, the airport, and other islands to check out. The owners were kind and accommodating. Very little noise from their attached house. Internet worked well. There is not a couch or comfortable chair to sit in, just the bed or kitchen table/chairs. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Southern charm

Loved staying here! Close to Charleston and to Folly Beach. Took many day trips to these areas. James Island was beautiful. Loved coming back to our home away from home for naps or evenings in. Bed was super as was shower and claw foot tub. Soaking at end of day was wonderful. Our host, Aprl, was delightful! Mornings on the porch with coffee ❤️. Did struggle a little With internet connection- not a big deal. Would stay again just to see the wildflower garden develop 😊
