Perfect location for our visit to The Ark Encounter. Convenient to food/coffee, easy to find, had all needed items—cookware, dish soap/dishwasher tabs, etc. All info needed provided in communication, lists/info inside lodging were also helpful. Would choose this lodging again.

Great spot.

Great place to stay. Easy access to the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter. Very clean and near food. I would highly recommend to anyone going to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum.

Excellent Place to stay

Wonderful property to stay at during our trip. Was like a home away from home! Everything was clean when we arrived and check in was flawless. Like that it had kitchenware to make a few quick meals during our stay.

Perfect cozy spot!

We were in town for a wedding and needed a place to crash. This spot met all of our needs. Super clean and tidy, coffee bar, comfy beds, SmartTV! What more could you need? Hosts communicated perfectly with check in information. Everything was wonderful. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay for Ark Encounter

Had a wonderful stay. House was lovely and clean. Just the right set up for us and our young children. A few minutes away from coffee shops and just a very short drive to the Ark.

The property provided a very comfortable 2-night stay for our family of 4 adults. The property was spacious with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, clean, and well-maintained with free parking. The location was excellent for our primary purpose of visiting the Ark Encounter - 10 minutes drive - and it was only a 35 minutes drive to the Creation Museum. I would highly recommend this 5* property.

Great Experience

We enjoyed our stay at the Oasis so much. The place was very clean and it was convenient to the Ark. It was a great place to stay after a long day at the Ark and the Creation Museum. I would recommend the Oasis to any of my friends. Eat at Beans, very good! Plus there was a Dollar Tree nearby. Thank you to our hosts.

Super Clean Apt

Super clean 2 br. apt, very comfortable, well equiped kitchen. After arriving in Dry Ridge and learning about the attractions to see, we realized we should have stayed longer. My wife and I would gladly stay at this location again.

Great Place!

This was a great little place not too far from the Ark. Yes, it smelled like cigarette smoke when we first walked in, but it went away after we lit a candle. My aunt left her pillow and blanket in the duplex, but the owner found them and was nice enough to mail them back to us. There's also a great little breakfast place called Beans close by.

Just Perfect!

This is such an awesome place to stay. Love that it's not in a super busy area, but there are restaurants and a Walmart super close by. It is also close to all the main attractions. The host was awesome and easy to communicate with. As mentioned in other reviews, there is still a strong odor of cigarette, but it is definitely not a deal breaker. Other than that, super clean!

Loved it!!! Everything was great. We were close to the Ark Encounter and the Creation museum (why we came). But I also loved that we were only minutes away from a dollar tree and Walmart. Would love to come again in a few years. And stay here again.

Great hosts!

We had a great visit to the Ark Encounter and Creation museum. The property was clean and convenient for us during our trip. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. The property does currently have an odor that smells of smoke due to the previous tenants but the hosts are working diligently to correct this problem. I wouldn't recommend to those with allergies or sensitivities to cigarette smoke. However, we do recommend this property.

Perfect Week Away

We had a LOVELY stay. We celebrated our 34th anniversary; 1st trip in a while by ourselves. This location was PERFECT: easy to find, easy interstate access, QUIET neighborhood. We had a WONDERFUL time - just what we needed for ourselves. We would stay here again WITHOUT reservation or a second thought. The rental is one side of a duplex; we NEVER EVER heard the residents next door. This was a wonderful place to "recharge our batteries".What did we do? We went up to Cincinnati several days. A few highlights: Findlay Market, several Antique stores (the Ohio Valley Antique Mall in Cincy was HUGE), a Friday night BB Riverboat dinner cruise, American Sign Museum, & Jungle Jim's International Market. The Creation Museum is phenomenal - we made a side trip to Indiana & had a great time at Trav's Fireworks. The Ark Museum is incredible, too!! While in Williamstown, DO NOT MISS the Brad Brown Magic Show...combine it with a meal at Edwardo's pizza - they are side by side. We also went down to Georgetown to the Peddler's Antique Mall and their downtown area. Lots of different Peddler's Antique Mall locations around the area.Restaurants: Beans Cafe (bfast & Lunch), Skyline Chili (went to the one in Georgetown), Graeter's Ice Cream, Edwardo's Pizza, Kellie's Homestead Restaurant (ordered off menu once & went to Thursday night buffet) DO NOT miss this hidden gem! Absolutely NO complaints & would stay here again without a second thought.Pics of rental are accurate.

Great place to stay

This is a cute duplex in a small neighborhood of duplexes on a cul-de-sac. The rooms are all spacious and nicely decorated; the beds are comfortable. The kitchen has a dishwasher, and everything we needed. The washer and dryer are big and new. The place worked great for us. Although it is a non-smoking unit, it has had smokers in the past. The smell was not strong, but noticeable. Otherwise very clean. The owners' messages were welcoming and accommodating. You can tell they take pride in their place. We didn't spend much time in Dry Ridge but did visit the ice cream shop and Beans restaurant. Both were great. The location was convenient to all our exploring.

This was our first time not staying in a hotel. We really enjoyed it. Thank you for making it so simple. My daughter has done this a couple times and said this place was the cleanest she had been in. Thanks for a great time
