Unit 303 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1427 square feet unit on the 3rd floor, with a 141 square feet patio overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Kitchen has a KEURIG coffee maker. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an attached master bathroom with a custom walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 queen size beds and a renovated guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. Living room and both bedrooms have luxury vinyl plank flooring. Unit occupancy is 6 people.

For the most part, everything was great (clean, good management, perfect location). The only downsides are that there is no easy way to carry beach supplies without going completely around the side of the building in the grass. Some type of walkway would be nice. Also, the mattresses are in terrible shape. They have been used so much that they sag in the middle making it impossible to stay on one side of the bed. Not comfortable at all. Otherwise, we had a great time.

Reviewer Comments: After thinking that we were not going to get a vacation at our favorite beach at all in 2021 we FINALLY got to get away for a few days 07/31 - 08/04. We had stayed at Coral Reef before but it had been a long time. We enjoyed our stay so much! Everything was clean and well maintained. I had a family emergency come up that needed my signature on paperwork and the office was more than accommodating me with having these papers faxed to their office and then faxed them back for me. Thanks for a great stay ..... we will be back!
