Unit 702 is a two bedroom, two bath, 1427 square feet unit on the 7th floor with a 141 square feet balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and with convenient seasonal Beach Chair service INCLUDED. Kitchen is equipped with a Keurig and a standard drip coffee maker. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a twin size daybed with an attached master bathroom with a jetted tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has two queen beds and a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedrooms are carpeted, kitchen, hallway and living room has luxury vinyl plank floors. Unit occupancy is 6.

Kitchen had everything I needed and there were puzzles games and books for a rainy day. The patio view of the ocean is phenomenal. Maintenance staff was there when needed and staff was friendly. Loved walking on the beach and swimming in the pool. I would come back again.

Carpet and the Sand don't mix

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo had a great view but the carpeting needs to be replaced. The carpet looks original to the condo and was stained and even more gross was it was in the bathroom. The condo was given a quick clean we think. We had to take our own disinfecting wipes to clean the bathtub and still had dirty foot prints from the previous person. Our bathroom sink had toothpaste splatter on the faucet and in the sink from the previous renter. We will not come back to this unit again. The place is nice but this condo is old, gross and needs a gut and good cleaning. Our condo lock wouldn't lock our door and the lock had to be replaced. The maintenance of this unit was definitely neglected.

Excellent condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in condo #702 and it was an amazing experience. The condo was very clean; the only issue we had was the tub jets shooting mold everywhere. The master tub has weird tile steps to it, we almost slipped many times trying to get out of the shower. The living room was very spacious, perfect for our family meals. The beds were comfortable. My teenager slept on the daybed and had no complaints. The balcony was larger than I expected, and had a table and lounge chair, to sit out and enjoy the beach view. We were only provided with a couple rolls of toilet paper and 2 trashbags, so if you're staying for longer than a couple days you should bring extras. The condos use actual keys instead of key cards, so be aware of keeping up with those (ours fell off the bent keyring several times). The pools were amazing and hardly ever crowded. Same with the beach. This end of Thomas Drive is amazing to stay at, beach capacity-wise. There's no hot tub though, which is a bummer. We used the grills one night and they worked great. One of the elevators broke the day before we checked out, so checkout was hectic with only one elevator functional. All in all, we highly recommend Coral Reef and can't wait to stay there again!

Retreat to the Beach

View from 7th floor was just right and condo was clean and spacious. Very convenient to pools and beach. Getting beach chairs was simple. Overall, very satisfied with our condo and would stay there again.
