This home does have a long-term tenant in the basement suite.
We want to ensure that they are respected, above all else while people are visiting. This is where they live and we believe they have the right to peaceful enjoyment.

House Rules:
-There is no smoking on the property ( including vaping )
-Parties and loud noises will not be tolerated
-Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am to respect all neighbours.
-NO PETS allowed
-Only the number of registered guests are allowed to stay in the house
-Only use the bins provided (please see photo attached)
-Laundry is to be done from 10 am to 10 pm ONLY.
