You will never want to leave this dream home! The master bedroom has gorgeous ocean views, a private ensuite bathroom and luxury linens on a King Size bed. Direct access to an upper exterior deck to soak up the sun, enjoy your morning coffee and star gaze at night. The second bedroom also features a king size bed, full ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. Ocean views from the corner window. The third bedroom features a queen size bed, sofa for lounging, full ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. The home is very comfortable for 6 people seeking luxury living.

Situated on Victoria’s nicest sandy beach. South facing means sunlight from morning to night, and the ocean views are breathtaking. Start and/or finish your day with a swim in the swim spa or a soak in the hot tub while watching the waves roll onto the beach and the boats sail by.

Heated concrete floors throughout, air-conditioning for the warmer summer months, 2 indoor gas fireplaces. An open kitchen, dining & living room area with nano-style doors that convert the space to indoor/outdoor living. An exterior gas powered fire pit will keep you cozy and warm even on cooler nights while taking in the fresh ocean air. A separate media room with an extra large TV for movie nights and an office area for those that want a place to work remotely while travelling.

A large games room with a pingpong table, foosball table and an indoor basketball net for some fun family/friend activities. The 2 car garage was converted into a fully equipped home gym with a squat rack, punching bag, Peloton Bike, Chin-up bar, TRX, full range of dumbells and a universal machine. Perfect for the traveller that wants to stay in shape while on vacation.

A 5 minute stroll takes you to Cadboro Bay Village where you'll find a cozy local pub, a delicious Thai restaurant, an award winning grocery store, coffee shop, liquor store and more. Cruiser Bikes available (upon request). Hiking, Walking, Cycling, Paddle Surfing, Boating can all be initiated right from this home. Only a 15 minute drive to downtown Victoria. Fantastisches Strandhaus in ruhiger Lage mit tollem Blick auf die Bucht und direktem Zugang. Wir waren begeistert von dem Haus und der Lage. Toll, das Kayak und Stand-Up-Paddle dabei sind. Der Blick vom HotTub ist wunderschön. Die Kommunikaton mit dem Eigentümer war problemlos, das Haus war sauber und es war alles da, was man braucht. Der Fitnessraum in der Garage ist auch toll eingerichtet. Das Haus ist absolut zu empfehlen.

Gorgeous house in a prime location

My family, including 3 teenagers, stayed here for 8 nights in July. The house has a perfect location at the quiet end of Caboro bay with a nice sandy beach. We ended up spending a lot of time on the beach and even got in the the water most days (the water was cold but refreshing). The house is also easy walking distance to a really nice beach park and to a little shopping center just behind the park. Most mornings we walked down the beach to Peppers Market or drove to Pure Vanilla Cafe (highly recommended) to get breakfast. The shopping center also has a nice little pub with great pub food. The house itself is beautiful with lots of high-end finishes and absolutely killer views of Cadboro Bay. We spent a LOT of time just looking out at the water. We also spent a lot of time in the upstairs game room playing ping pong and foosball. The house feels peaceful, partly because it is very quiet. You don't really get any road noise. We are a bunch of light sleepers, but we all slept very well here. One last thing that must be mentioned is that Scott and Kelly (the caretakers) are just fantastic and gave us a ton of good advice--such as the suggestion to try Pure Vanilla Cafe. We can't wait to go back!

Fantastic Views

We enjoyed our stay at the luxury beach house. The home is cozy with a modern coastal vibe and the house is fully stocked. Great place to relax indoors or outdoors. The ocean right out the back side of house. The fresh air, the views, the walking trails are the best. The hosts are very accommodating and we hope to return soon .We loved our stay.

Exceeded Our Expectations!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beach house and were so sad to leave- We are already making plans for our return. The ocean views from the house are breathtaking and so relaxing. The house was super clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and met all of our needs. It even has a gym in the garage, which was so convenient. We had so much fun exploring the many marvelous little beaches nearby, playing ping pong and crokinole in the game room upstairs, and sitting in the hot tub outside, watching as seals swam by in the ocean. Chad and Sybil kindly allowed us to bring our dog, and he also had such a great time swimming in the ocean and playing on the beach (There is a convenient outdoor shower to help with cleaning off afterward). The house is walkable to a really great grocery store and well-stocked liquor store, a fabulous park, and some coffee shops and restaurants. Chad and Sybil were wonderful and very responsive hosts. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a special stay in Victoria.

Absolutely beautiful!

The home and location far exceeded our expectations. We didn’t want to leave. This beautiful home was well equipped for cooking meals, relaxing in the hot tub, getting in some exercise or just taking in those fabulous views. The modern/ contemporary design was stunning along with the chosen decor. We found ourselves making notes for our own home. Chad was a great host and very responsive to any questions we had. Wonderful beach house!

We loved our stay at this Victoria beach house. Everything was well maintained, clean and dog friendly (fully fenced yard). The location was great, right on the water and walking distance to a pub and grocery store. The outdoor patio was perfect for reading and watching the sailboats and the inside was beautifully decorated and furnished.

Relaxing Beach Stay

We had such a lovely stay at this property. The owners had thought of everything we might need. The kitchen was very well stocked with spices, oil, coffee, tea, etc. There were loads of pots and pans and serving dishes. The owners left us a lovely welcome gift of snacks and wine. Thank you Sybil and Chad! The beds were very comfortable and waking up to the sound of the waves every morning was magical. We loved the well equipped gym, the fire pit and heater that allowed us to sit “outside” in the evenings even in January, and the proximity to the grocery store and restaurants. It was a short 5 minute walk down the beach and across the park to access groceries, coffee shops, and a pub. We highly recommend this property.

Cadboro Bay has everything you could want in neighbourhood. Sandy beach, friendly people, local village with a grocery store, coffee shop, liquor store, pub & restaurants all within walking distance from our home. A short drive to downtown Victoria. Great walking/hiking trails.
