(MIRADA MARINA) - ¡WATERVIEW! DISFRUTA DE EXPLORAR LA ISLA DE SAN JUAN DESDE LA MIRADA MARINA. Este nivel inferior, de 2 dormitorios, 2 baño vista condominio es una gran base para su visita isla extendida. A una caminata de distancia del mercado de tiendas, restaurantes, teatros y granjeros de Friday Harbor, esta propiedad es perfecta para disfrutar de la vida de la ciudad pero está perfectamente ubicada para evitar el ajetreo y el bullicio.

El salón ofrece ventanales para disfrutar viendo el tráfico de barcos que entran y salen del puerto. También hay un balcón para sentarse fuera y relajarse. O si lo prefiere, hay un televisor de pantalla plana con DirectTV con paquete deportivo en la sala de estar. Esta propiedad también ofrece internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad.

La cocina está totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos y se orienta de manera que uno puede disfrutar de la vista, mientras que la preparación de sus comidas. El comedor tiene capacidad para 4. También hay un bar para 2 personas.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was probably in the top 4 or 5 vacation experiences in our lifetime. (And that includes France, Disney, New York, etc) The space was so ideal for our needs, it was very clean and the view spectacular. We were contacted and asked if everything was allright and given a contact number if we had any issues. We loved having the washer and dryer in the unit. The proximity to the town of Friday Harbor made it easy and enjoyable to dine and shop. We would recommend this property to anyone and hope to be able to return next year.

Great Stay in Friday Harbor

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great stay; the location was perfect.It was definitely NOT clean.The floors were quite dirty with hairballs all over and our socks were black after walking on them for one day.The lint screen in the dryer was full and not locked into place. The vacuum sweeper cannister was full; had to empty and clean filter to use. The oven was atrocious and it was a self-cleaning oven! The baseboards hadn't been cleaned in forever and the exhaust fans in the bathrooms were full of dust. The vacation rental & management staff were very helpful.Had 3 different plumbing issues but maintenance was prompt to correct.

Reviewer Comments: We appreciated the in-town location (walk to downtown amenities-museums, shops, galleries, restaurants, ferry, farmers' market on Saturday mornings). Note that the walk along the downtown streets can be very hilly--be prepared! Assuming this is a once-in-a lifetime trip to San Juan Island, to experience all that the island has to offer (outside of town), visitors need a car at some point; you can rent a vehicle in Seattle or Anacortes and drive it on to the ferry, or arrange for a car on-island. We loved having the washer/dryer in the unit, but it's a stackable set with smaller than standard capacity, so we used it quite a few times. Marina Lookout offered great views and a location that suited us, but the property is a little tired. We can see that the owner is making improvements over time, but our 3 star rating on "general condition" reflects that there's room for updating and freshening up. Kudos to property manager Chris G--he was a gem, and responded very quickly and professionally to a couple of matters that needed attention. Thanks, Chris, for your attentiveness!

Easy parking. Well equipped kitchen. Our only suggestion would be a better mattress in the master bedroom.

Serenity is in the View

Reviewer Comments: Friday Harbor is a great destination and having the convenience of a two BR, two Bath condo overlooking the marina was a huge plus. This unit provided room for guests who came to enjoy the island as well as ample room to cook whenever we wanted. Of course there are so many first-rate restaurants nearby, that we usually decided to spoil ourselves there. The San Juan Community theatre was a few steps away, and the main street of Friday Harbor only a few blocks from us so the condo made life very easy. My favorite activity was watching morning creep over the harbor, sometimes in pink fog...and then at the end of day, marvel at the way the water holds the light, even as darkness creeps in.You may not know that here, sunset doesn't happen in summer until well after 9:00 PM! This place is a well-kept secret and I hope to return each summer.
