great condo

we had a great time and loved our stay at the condo. Our only critique was there were no bowls other than large mixing bowls so eating cereal because a feat in creativity :)

Frequent traveler to this area, not this unit or property manager. This unit probably does not meet most travelers standards. Unfortunately the unit and furniture are not maintained and heavily used. Experienced multiple issues with plumbing, electrical and cleanliness of floors, baseboards etc. Limited or no additional unit amenities (beach towels, blankets, iron etc). Unit is very bare and not relaxing or comfortable. One would have much more comfort and amenities in standard hotel room. The furniture in the photos were not same in unit. Internet was not usable even on cell phone. Location to beach ideal and other areas of food etc. short drive. Building and area was secure and felt safe.

I wouldn’t recommend

Air conditioner cut off a couple of times and got hot in the condo. AC also struggled to keep the rooms comfortable. Smoke alarm went off for a few seconds a little after midnight one night and woke everyone up. Saw a roach in the dishwasher and one stuck in between two ice trays that were stored in a cabinet. There’s much better places to stay in Pensacola Beach than this. I wouldn’t recommend for the money it costs.

Comfortable stay

The property was comfortable, clean and quiet. We have stayed in these condos before and love how easy it is to access the beach. The views of the ocean aren’t the best from this condo but it’s a more quiet space than one that over looks the pool. The only thing I would suggest to the owners is to invest in some blackout curtains.

Regency towers

Great place. There was only one roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms. Also the sun was very bright early morning, would recommend some window shades. Overall great place though.
