Emerald Beach is a True Vacation Resort, not just a condominium complex. It has some of the BEST amenities In PCB. Featuring multiple pools. One pool area is very family oriented with 2 pools and hot tubs. 1 pool is a walk in pool with a Kids Splash Zone and a snack bar located between the 2 pools. There is a large Tiki Bar by the large Beach side pool and hot tubs. Starbucks & The Sky Bar are great for adults.

Beautifully decorated and spacious one bedroom one bath 12th floor unit! Sleeps 6 comfortably with a king size bed in the master, bunk area with 2 twin beds in the hallway and a pullout queen size sofa sleeper bed.

Come sit on the balcony and take in the ocean front view of the beautiful emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico, 700 feet of sugar white beachfront and breathtaking sunsets.

Emerald Beach is located in the heart of Panama City Beach, walk to restaurants and shopping. The resort is very family oriented. Be our guests in this comfortable family friendly unit.

There is a Starbucks Coffee Shop and Deli, The Sky Bar Cocktail Lounge in the walkover above the street from the 2 very large parking garages. Hot Tubs, sauna, and steam room are on site that you don't find in other complexes.

- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

It’s was a nice place. The only thing I would recommend is they replace the couch and they fix the issue with the water cause we had to call about it twice while we were there.

Condo Review

The condo was very nice. It was clean, organized and had everything we needed for cooking. The only thing that needs fixed it the door handle on the bathroom door to the master. The lock was broke. I highy recommend and would stay there again.

Family vacation

Me, my husband and our 3 year old little girl stayed in this condo for a week. This was a great room! Very updated, super nice. We had other family staying in this complex and they were all jealous of our room! This is our favorite places to stay and now this is our favorite room. We will be booking this room again! Bed is super comfy, smart TV’s, and everything you would need.the check in process is also amazing, we booked through Vrbo and received our emails to check in and that is all! Thank you for a great week and we hope to be back next year! -The dews 2025

Beautiful view and Sea turtles

Our visit was great. By 9am we would see dolphins from the condo everyday. We also saw atleast a 300lbs loggerhead turtle seimming by on the beach!!

Fabulous Time!

Everything is as pictured. Clean with comfy beds and fluffy towels. Plenty of paper towels and TP to get you through until you make it to the grocery. Pools were never crowded, facility was clean and we enjoyed the sky bar as well as the tiki bar on the beach side pool. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Nice room. Spectacular views.

This vacation rental provided a fantastic home away from home experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay. The updated elevators were definitely appreciated. The only thing I would change is having a shorter room keycode. 10 digits is just too many!

Room was clean and elevators were very quick which often is not in certain buildings. Everything worked and there were plenty of towels and sheets provided. Liked the convenience store across the street and some restaurants too. Ample parking across the street too.

Black Mold & No Refund

Our family arrived late the night of check in and immediately noticed the condo smelled dirty/musty. We went to bed and woke up nauseous with headaches and sinus issues. After looking through the condo we found a ton of black mold in both air vents (bedroom & living room). We reached out to the phone number provided for the stay and quickly realized the phone number was for a third party customer service line who could only suggest emailing the third party management company. They would not provide a phone number to the property manager, only an email. We called VRBO and were notified by them that since the payment had already been made, VRBO could not make the owner refund our stay. End result, the property manager would not acknowledge our request for refund, they only suggested we review their other properties or continue to stay in the mold condo after it had been cleaned. We did not feel safe continuing business with them due to lack of cleanliness in the original property rental. We had to go to another property and pay for a week somewhere else as we weren’t going to compromise our health and are currently working on getting our money back from this property. Hopefully this warning will help another family. We’re also hopeful the owner will reconsider our request for full refund.This review request didn’t provide an option to include photos. However, we do have them and it’s disgusting.

We had a little trouble finding the exact building but a helpful housekeeping person in the Wyndham building explained where parking was and where my room number was. loved the condo, it was clean and furnishings and bedding were all good. There was something splattered all over the right lower corner of the curtains in the bedroom. Those could use replacing. Kitchen was good and updated nicely. We did buy an ice cube tray. That would be helpful. of course, we loved the view.

Adequate necessities available until we were able to replenish. Plenty of towels for showers. Washer & dryer available in the unit. Bedspread removed as it was visibly soiled upon arrival. Unit could use a deep clean. Shower head pressure was extreme which is great unless you have sensitive sunburned skin. Overall, unit worked well for what we needed and we enjoyed our brief stay.
