The Space:
This home showcases modern elegance with a stunning open-concept design that seamlessly blends the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Expansive windows fill the space with natural light and offer picturesque horizon views.

On the first floor, a spacious bedroom features a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and a private terrace leading to the pool. Upstairs, the master bedroom offers stunning ocean sunrises from its king-sized bed and includes an ensuite with double sinks and a shower-tub combination. The third bedroom has a queen bed and stylish ensuite, while the fourth bedroom also features a queen bed, ocean views, and its own ensuite. This layout ensures comfort and privacy for all.

Steep Entrance: The entrance to the house has a steep slope. For your comfort and safety, it is recommended to use a 4x4 or four-wheel drive vehicle, especially in adverse weather conditions.

Liability for Damage: Please be advised that any damage to the infrastructure, both at the entrance and in other areas of the property, resulting from difficulty in access or improper vehicle use, will be the responsibility of the
guest. Please ensure that your vehicle is suitable for the driveway conditions and proceed with caution.
