Coco Bay Estates is a large gated development located between Playas del Coco and Playa Ocotal.  Tucked off the main road, you are just a 5-minute drive to the shops and restaurants of Playas del Coco.  Guests can access the development's Clubhouse which is home to a large pool, gym, tennis courts, and pickleball courts as well as a delicious restaurant, Sugoi. 

Playas del Coco is just a 30-minute drive from Guanacaste Airport (LIR), near Liberia.  Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours.
