Our Annual Vacation to Cape Cod

We are always happy at our “home away from home.” The property is perfect for our family - comfortable, clean and ideal location to beach and attractions. Very clean, close to beach, nicely maintained property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 4 Murphy road was the perfect house for my family with the 3 beds. We had 2 small children and my parents. The place was just as described very clean, 7 minute walk to public and private beaches. Kitchen had coffee maker, plates the basics we needed to cook some breakfasts during week. We loved hanging out on the patio area with the grill, you can see beautiful sunsets and the ocean breeze really nice. Laundry was in the basement next door but we were able to get access and owner provided detergent. Only thing I would recommend is making sure there is enough propane in grill for renters as there wasn't any left after we used and we had trouble finding any stores in the cape that carried the size needed. Thank you for letting us stay at your property!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the rental was great! The location was perfect as it was a quick 5-6 minute walk to a private beach. We went during covid-19 and although the beach was busy, we were able to stay 10-15 feet apart from others when setting up. We had rented one side of the unit but never heard the neighbors. When staying at a new place especially cottages, there is always a concern of having mildewy or musty smells. This was never an issue as this place was very clean!Only negative was the bed. The queen bed and 2 of the 4 twins were extremely uncomfortable. To the point we had to go out and buy a $150 mattress topper. I would highly recommend bringing a mattress topper if you want to avoid having a sore back. On the opposite end of comfort were the couches. They were amazing. Also this place advertises washer/dryer but it is a very old unit in the basement that has its own separate entrance. Can only wash/dry a few items at a time as it takes forever to dry.We would gladly return if the owners invested in new beds!
