Other things to note
We welcome longer stays and front-line responders! This a great residential area and perfect for longer stays.

This is South Florida so you may see bugs, small lizards, other pests, etc. inside due to the tropical environment. We do have regular pest control, but they can still get inside. Please keep windows and doors closed to help keep them out.

There are no refunds for storms, hurricanes, lost power/leaks due to storms, etc.

Be respectful of the neighbors and quiet hours from 10pm-8am.
