🏘 This property is located in a Homeowners Association (HOA); tenants must adhere to HOA rules (found in the guest portal & property binder)

🚭 No smoking or vaping inside the property. Smoking marijuana is illegal in PA and is not permitted anywhere on the property (inside or outside)
🤫 Quiet hours are 10 PM – 7 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors — most properties are townhomes or condos with shared walls
🔊 Loud music or disruptive noise is not permitted at any time of day
🏊 Pool passes permitted for the number of guests the property can sleep, up to a maximum of 10 passes per property
📆 Long-term stays are plus utilities (winter only) and require a $1,000 security deposit
🐶Pets not permitted on furniture, must be cleaned up after and remain leashed when on the grounds. $100 per pet per stay for stays 14 days or less. Pricing varies for longer term stays. Max 3 pets per stay.
