We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful mountain retreat! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the peaceful surroundings and thoughtful details throughout the property. The home was spotless, well-designed, and truly felt like a luxurious escape.The amenities were top-notch — we especially enjoyed the cozy fireplace, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and relaxing outdoor spaces. The sauna, hot tub and fire pit can’t be beat!!!Communication with the host was seamless, check-in was easy, and everything was exactly as described (if not better). This is the perfect place for anyone seeking relaxation, nature, and a little bit of mountain magic.We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable getaway in the mountains!

Staying at the Lily Pad was, beyond a doubt, our family's greatest experience thus far with a rental property. It was large enough to hold our party of 10 without feeling like we were crammed in like sardines, it was clean, the design and attention to detail was impeccable, and the location was highly convenient to all areas of Asheville. We loved all of the amenities, and felt well supported with consistent communication from Dustin and Jasmine. We can't wait to stay here again!!!

“Seriously so great” …

Our 13, 10, and 8 year old give it 10 out of 5 stars. The 8 year old claims “it’s seriously so great”. We rent a LOT of vacation rentals and the details at this house was very thoughtful, the house was clean and I would definitely recommend. The owners communication was also fantastic!

Fantastic stay!

We had an incredible time staying at this location. House was outstanding for large groups. We had plenty of space and several options for gathering areas to hang out together. The game room has literally everything you could want and more. The outdoor area is awesome with several gathering options, games, hot tub and sauna. There is also a fire pit. The inside of the house is spacious and clean with all the things you need for a comfortable stay. Location was an easy drive into Asheville and beautifully located in the woods, secluded and quiet. Highly recommend!

Perfect spot for our group

The house comfortably fit our group of 13, and the incredible selection of games and activities kept us entertained for our entire stay. The house is everything we could have asked for, and not a single person in our group had a negative thing to say. Thank you for your hospitality!

Great well stocked house for groups

Enjoyed the stay at this house. The game room was great for a night in when it was raining and the backyard was very usable when the weather was nice out. The beds were comfortable and the pictures online were accurate.

Great Place to Gather!

The place was as beautiful as shown in the pictures. It has great amenities when saying on site. Lots of fun and plenty of room to gather or stretch out. Also, just a short drive to downtown or other attractions. The host was very responsive and helpful.

family reunion

We gathered to celebrate my mother's 80th bday. The house was very warm, accomodating and lots of activities and very well stocked. We wish we could have stayed longer. Would love to stay again in future.

Located just North of Asheville in Leicester, The Lily Pad provides a secluded atmosphere while being only a 20-minute drive from downtown Asheville.

Both Jasmine and I are former US Army Veterans who transitioned into real estate investing after the military. We take great joy in owning and managing short-term rentals and helping others do the same. Traveling and creating new memories with our four daughters and friends are among our passions.
