This home is brand new in an upscale community tastefully decorated for comfort including a giant 70" flat-screen TV in the Living Room with a dual recliner sofa and swivel side chairs. The entertainment sytem also includes Samsung TV & Netflix with a DVD player and a Sound Bar.
The Primary Bedroom includes a comfy king bed, large walk-in closet, dresser, end tables, ensuite bath with quartz countertops, dual sinks and a walk-in shower.
The eat-in kitchen is well furnished with quartz countertops, GE stainless appliances, a large undermount sink and a pantry. Bright & cheery. The large counter-height table seats 4. Most everything you'll need to prepare and enjoy great meals.
The dining room caters to social activities with friends as the table seats 6 for dinner & game/card playing.
The guest bedroom offers a comfy queen bed, dresser, end table and a large closet. The adjacent bathroom features a tiled tub/ shower. The entire Guest Suite can be closed off for privacy with a sliding pocket door.
The Den/Office/3rd bedroom is equipped with a large 60" tv, desk and dual reclining loveseat. This multi-purpose room also includes a power-inflation air mattress.
The rear lanai has a gorgeous view of the wooded preserve and the birds that visit the area. Sit at the table for meals or entertain friends in the comfy conversation area. Sizzle your favorites on the Weber grill located on the concrete patio. Relax and watch the sunsets.

Take the golf cart for a 3 minute drive to the new Franklin Recreation Center with a resort pool and 9 pickleball courts, tennis, bocce & shuffleboard. Next door is the Jubilee Putting Course and the Mickeylee Pitch & Putt Course. Nearby is the Southern Oaks championship course and the Clifton Cove Putting Course. Over 40 Executive golf courses are available (requires a Temporary Resident ID for advance Tee times). The Villages features over 1,000 clubs and interest groups for your participation. Some of the most attended activities include various Card games, Craft activities, Birding, & Social groups.

Every evening enjoy music entertainment at Sawgrass Grove just 2 miles up Meggison Road. Sawgrass also features McGrady's Pub, the Sawgrass market with Pizza, burgers & fresh fish, a Bakery, Coffee Shop & the Southern Oaks Pro Shop. The 3 other Town Squares offer nightly entertainment including the nearest - Brownwood Paddock Square. Also, visit Edna's on the Green for afternoon entertainment, food & drinks.

Guest Access & Passes
The front door has a key lockbox and the garage door features an electronic keypad. We will email you access codes just prior to your stay for self-access. Inside the home you will find a 2nd door key, a gate pass card, a garage opener and a key for the mailbox.
GUEST PASSES for each guest are necessary for activities and available at No Charge. You will need to submit necessary info 2 weeks prior to your stay. Guest passes do not allow entry to the sports pools nor allow advance booking of tee times and some other restrictions. During peak season renters with Guest Passes may have difficulty accessing popular activities.
TEMPORARY RESIDENT IDs are available for 2 renters per household at a charge of $50 per person payable to The Villages directly. Temporary Resident IDs give renters all the priveleges of homeowners including use of sports pools and advance tee-time booking. You will need to submit necessary info and payment 30 days prior to your stay.

Transportation
The Village of Lake Denham is located in the southeast section of The Villages, near Leesburg, Florida. We are easily accessible from the Florida Turnpike and from I 75. We are 49 miles/ ~55 minutes from the Orlando International Airport. Grocery shopping is 12 minutes east or 15 minutes west. Many choices for dining and shopping within a 30 minute drive.
