Modern Getaway Near NNU Hot Tub

Have fun with the whole family at Blue Canyon Getaway. 3 BD/2BA, sleeps 7. Master bedroom with direct access to the patio. Fully stocked kitchen with complementary coffee and tea. Family games, cards, books and toys will ensure there is never a dull moment. Enjoy your time in the backyard, relaxing in the hot tub, gathering on the patio, bbq some burgers and end your night sitting around the fire pit. This is truly a lovely family home, close to NNU, down town and local high schools.
The space
Spacious backyard for our guests to enjoy, including Tether Ball and Corn Hole. For security purposes we do have a camera on the outside corner of the patio, facing the backyard. This is a NO smoking property. There will be a 250.00 fine if there are any signs that smoking has taken place anywhere on the property.

The Master Bedroom with queen bed. Second bedroom has a queen bed, and third bedroom has a full size bed with a twin trundle pull out bed.
Guest access
Full access to the entire property and all amenities listed, minus the storage shed and cupboards that are labeled and locked.
Other things to note
Please be sure to read all the instructions on hot tub use before using. This will help us keep it clean and ready for all guests. Please note that for security purposes, we do have a ring camera at the front door as well as a camera on the corner, of the patio, outward facing the back yard. The camera does not face the hot tub and most of the patio. It is strictly for security purposes for the side gates of the property. This is a NO smoking property, inside or outside. If you are a smoker and cannot follow our no smoking rules, please consider another property. There will be an additional 250.00 cleaning fee added if there is any evidence that smoking has taken place anywhere on the property.
