Bienvenido a esta casa absolutamente hermosa de aproximadamente 2,300 pies cuadrados que cuenta con 3 habitaciones, 2 baños completos y un estudio privado / 4ta habitación con un nuevo sofá cama de cuero tamaño queen.

Esta casa está ubicada detrás de las puertas de una comunidad muy tranquila y segura, convenientemente ubicada cerca de las principales tiendas y restaurantes, así como cerca de la autopista.

La casa cuenta con un dormitorio principal con cama king size y puertas corredizas de vidrio que se abren a un hermoso y sorprendente patio trasero. El dormitorio principal también cuenta con un vestidor extra grande y baño principal con ducha y bañera separada. Las dos habitaciones de invitados adicionales ubicadas en el lado opuesto de la casa ofrecen camas queen nuevas junto con todos los muebles de dormitorio nuevos.
El exuberante patio privado es ideal para descansar en la piscina o alrededor de ella o para hacer una barbacoa. Hay varias variedades de palmeras en toda la propiedad. La piscina y el spa cuentan con tecnología de punta de guijarros de agua salada y esta piscina en realidad se extiende a lo largo de más de 50 pies de largo y 26 más de ancho con un enorme spa que puede acomodar fácilmente a 8 adultos muy cómodamente. Family getaway

This property was clean, fully stocked, comfortable and relaxing. BBQ, lunch and the pool was everything! The yard is simply perfect for your fur baby. We enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back!

Fantastic Get away.

This is a beautiful property with amazing grounds in a very quiet neighborhood. The pool, spa, swim-up bar, outdoor kitchen and fire pit were all great. We enjoyed spending time cooking in both the outdoor space and in the indoor space. All in all this is the perfect place to spend time away and I highly recommend it.

This property is absolutely, amazing!

My sister, my pups and I, had a wonderful time. My overall experience was amazing. The property owners met me at the property, they were so kind. Genuinely, good people. The technology of the house was a bit intimidating, but the property owners gave me a detailed orientation., and there were written instructions. They were always available. The pool, the outdoor kitchen and fire pit we used every day. The scenery was gorgeous. It was a true oasis. I would definitely come back. This property has something for everyone. I encourage you all to check this property out. It is well worth the price

What a beautiful property! This house has it all inside and out. The house was clean, fully stock, and beautiful. The outside pool and swim-up bar/entertainment area are amazing. The owner was extremely friendly and available if we needed anything. We plan on coming back again and again. Great trip!

Fantastic vacation home

Our family really enjoyed this property and amenities it was perfect for us and we also got to bring our dog which was a plus. Everything was very easy for us and our vacation was very restful and awesome, the centerpiece for sure is the outdoor pool and outdoor kitchen area which we used extensively and absolutely fell in love with and we are definitely going to want to come back to this property again and again.

Best pool EVER!!!!! LOVE the pool bar!!!!

We had the absolute best time EVER staying here!! There are so many options for rental houses in the Palm Springs/Palm Desert area and we used to float around to whatever was available for the dates we wanted. Now, we are checking what dates this house is available to be sure we always stay here!! The house is really nice, comfy beds, nice kitchen and living room. The pool is the main draw! We loved eating our meals at the pool swim up bar! Feels like a super fancy resort!! My hubby grilled while I sipped a cocktail at the pool bar and the kids splashed in the pool. Then we’d all watch a movie “dive in” style while we ate! The house is well stocked and had everything we needed. This will now be our go-to house for all desert trips! Brian the owner was fabulous and quick to respond to anything we needed. He truly cares to make sure everything is perfect for your stay!

So much water fun!

The house is beautiful, Brian was fantastic...even though it was a bit cool in November...the water was heated and we all had a wonderful vacation swimming non-stop. Highly recommend and do want to come back. See you soon Brian & thank you! :)

Fantastic Family Home

Our family had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful desert home. The property was immaculately maintained, the beds were extremely comfortable, and our kids spent hours in the pool and hot tub each and every day. The owners made themselves available even prior to our initial check in and throughout our stay to ensure that we enjoyed every comfort which the home has to offer. We look forward to many return trips to this fantastic property, and would recommend very highly to anyone looking for vacation in the desert.

La Quinta Oasis

If your ideal trip to La Quinta includes lounging by the pool, grilling and enjoying some cold beverages with friends this is the place to do it. The pool/swim up bar and outdoor kitchen are awesome. The inside is spacious, clean and well equipped as well but our time inside was limited because of how much we utilized the outdoor area!

Clean, Quiet, Fun

Our young family had a blast at this La Quinta property. The pool and entire lot is gorgeous and spacious. We spent hrs in the pool and enjoying being outside with the amenities every day. The home is clean, very well maintained, and fresh feeling which is often a risk when you VRBO a home. We have yet to find a property this clean that also welcomes pups! The neighborhood is also safe for families and very walkable for people and dogs. Brian takes time to meet you and share any important info about the home and area. It’s clear that his conscientious care and managing of guests and the home result in guests doing their part in respecting the property as well. It’s a beautiful place for families wanting to relax and have fun with clean, resort like amenities but also with quiet and privacy!

Atlantis of the Desert is a true jewel!!!!

We have been wanting to stay here for a while based on the pictures and reviews. When our schedule allowed it, the property did not disappoint! The pictures do not even begin to do justice to such a beautiful and well-decorated home. The swim up bar with the three tv’s and barbecue were our favorite! Imagine swimming beneath a waterfall to enjoy grilled steak and swordfish with cocktails! We loved the other water features, the changing jacuzzi lights and the other water falls. The fire pit was delightful and the huge surrounding lush grass property, ringed in palm trees containing a truly resort quality pool made for a magical trip. The owners went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we might need. We frequently rent in the Palm Springs area and this amazing property should not be missed. We hope to be back!

The pool and spa were amazing. Don’t make any other plans because you won’t want to leave this house. The kitchen has everything you need and more. The home was clean which is very important to my family. We enjoyed the backyard with all that it had to offer and are definitely looking forward to enjoying it again.

An excellent Palm Springs getaway!

This property has everything you need for a perfect getaway. We were a family of 6 plus 2 dogs and all were comfortable. The pool was cool and inviting! The property inside and out was well maintained especially since they allow pets. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were well stocked with clean towels and new linens. We were planning on going out but the kitchen had everything we needed to fix breakfast, lunch and dinner. A wonderful vacation. We'll definitely contact Brian, who was so very helpful, for a vacation in the fall.

A True Oasis in the Desert

This property is located in a quiet gated community which is convenient to several major superstores and restaurants. Brian is a fantastic host and very accommodating. He is very knowledgeable of the area and will explain several features of the property which will be useful during the stay. Like all the other reviews, the standout of this property is the pool and back yard. The pool is equipped with several water aesthetics and a large water curtain which cascades along the in-pool, swim-up bar. On the other side of the bar counter is a dropped, outdoor kitchen area complete with modern barbecue grill, bar sink, mini fridge, and three tv's along the canaopy with lighting and ceiling fan. There are also a few pool toys and floats provided for vacationers. The house is equipped with all modern amenities and equipment. Overall, this was a great place to stay away from the typical, and party scenery of neighboring Palm Springs. I will definitely be coming back.

Impeccable Home! Amazing Pool! Luxurious, Resort like Experience! A Must Stay!!!

Atlantis truly lives up to the name! A gorgeous property that far exceeded expectations, inside and out. The enormous pool with multiple waterfalls and swim up bar was amazing! The large outdoor palapa area offered comfortable shade with entertainment from multiple TVs and a high-end BBQ and refrigerator to keep you comfortable and sustained outside. The large backyard is well kept and and offers a peaceful, serene setting with plenty of separate areas for seating, lounging, and relaxing. The property provides a luxurious, resort like feel. The interior of the home is well appointed with exquisite, designer touches. The open floor plan is spacious and designed for the comfort of numerous guests. The cleanliness of the property was superior and we were spoiled by the accouterments in the kitchen, as well as the high end fixtures and decorative details throughout the entire home. The homeowner is completely responsive and made making the arrangements a breeze! We appreciate the time, effort, and care they put into the home, which is evident from the moment you walk in the door. Thank you! We will definitely be coming back to Atlantis, and we would recommend this rental to anyone and everyone!!!

My wife and I had a terrific 2 month stay at this property -- January and February. We had been wintering in Scottsdale – to get out of the Minnesota winters and decided to try La Quinta. We were nervous that the house wouldn’t be as nice as the pictures but we were very pleasantly surprised at just how nice this place is. In fact, the pictures don’t do it justice. The house has everything we needed with nice attention to detail and high speed internet so I could continue to work while enjoying the warmth of the desert. The house was clean and really felt like home for us. The best part of the property was the pool and outdoor area where we were able to entertain and watch the Super Bowl and the PGA at the same time via the three poolside TV’s. The owners were very friendly and easy to deal with and communicated well with us when we had any questions. We will be back next year and would definitely recommend this property.

The owner, Brain was more than enough to make my family vacation successful. He replied all my questions before and after reservation and rental. Also, he returned a deposit fully in time. The house and swimming pool are bigger than pictures posted on the web (Brian, you need to take a picture better =) and very clean and have most of stuffs available (extra dishes, towels, papers, BBQ accessories, etc) Especially, pool bar is fantastic option that you can enjoy cocktail in the pool. We had 2 full families (4 adults and 4 kids) but, I think 3 families can stay comfortably. I am definitely considering to use Brian's property for my next summer vacation. Enjoy.

We've been here before and it has become our not so secret getaway. Brian is always so available and helpful. He is quick to return calls, emails as well as returning our deposit. I love that it's so predictable at this point. It's easier than checking into a hotel. I really can't add anything that hasn't already been posted except that we have tried a few different properties within the area and nothing compares to this gem. We often joke that someday we might stay in a hotel so we will be forced to see some of the sights. We have a real difficult time leaving Brian's place with all it has to offer. The most obvious being the rediculous pool. This place is amazing!

You Want To Stay Here

Our stay at the Atlantis was absolutely incredible! Everything was exactly as described and more. The owner, Brian, and his wife met us on arrival, and made sure we had everything we needed. He is very responsive, and made booking, and our stay, a breeze. The kitchen was our favorite place in the house, and had everything we needed. I can't stress enough how fantastic every room in the house was. But the BEST part was the incredible backyard! The pool was out of this world. Between the swim step with umbrella on one side and the palapa with a swim up bar on the other, we were in heaven. We spent at least 6 hours a day in the pool. The palapa has a built in BBQ, a refrigerator, and a fan overhead. There was no need to go inside! Bottom line: If you love comfort, style, ease, and a great time, this is the place for you!

This unique home offers a custom pool w/ swim up bar and full outdoor kitchen which also has (3) flat screen TVs so you can literally swim up under the waterfall and have lunch and watch some sports making this unique home the TRUE vacation experience you'll definitely want to come back to.
