Inside, you'll find fully stocked kitchens in both houses, equipped with everything you might need to prepare your meals. The kitchen also includes coffee and tea, cooking and baking supplies, a toaster, microwave, and a gas range & oven.

Each house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom stocked with comfortable bedding, linens, towels and toiletries.

Please note there are security cameras and noise monitors installed outside for safety purposes and city regulations.

Please note:

- We do not allow party speakers, DJ, karaoke
- No fireworks
- No unauthorized guests without letting the host know
- No shampoos, lotions or bath bombs are allowed inside the hot tub

Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request for an extra $30/ per hour and is subject to our approval.

PETS are allowed. Please let us know in advance. We charge $90 per pet for their stay. Please let us know if you are bringing a pet/pets in advance.

Hosts and owners are not responsible for your or your guests' safety inside or outside the property. You understand the risk of drowning in the hot tub and take full responsibility. Children should not be left unattended in the backyard or near the hot tub at any time.

Please note, that for safety reasons we ask our guests to send a copy of their Government-issued ID and sign our property’s rental agreement through VRBO before their check-in. Please let me know if you have any questions or need anything.
