Looking to escape from it all? This Large Private Single Level Ranch Style Home on over half an acre is nestled in the foothills near Joshua Tree National Park only 5 minutes from Black Rock Campground and only 20 minutes to the Joshua Tree National Park Main Entrance. The sense of tranquility and peace of this property is unmatched. With over 3,000 Square Feet of living space, this home can accommodate up to 13 guests under one roof. We offer 2 Large 85" Smart TV's with 125 Channel YouTube TV programming and NETFLIX movies. We also have Super high speed 800 MBS WIFI.

I chose this Single Level Home because of the very mature Joshua Trees, Pines, Cactuses and other mature desert plants that are scattered throughout the property, giving you that sense of getting away from it all. The Black Skies open up at night experiencing Stargazing at its best.

The very private Backyard Features an In-Ground Swimming Pool, (Heat-able beginning November 1st, 2025) Pool-Side Gazebo and Covered Patio perfect for entertaining, We've added a large Hot "Cedaroma" Sauna, and an Outdoor Fire Pit perfect for S'mores and telling tall tales while stargazing at night.

Once you enter the home, you will experience the Large open expansive Kitchen, Dining Room TV Room and Sitting Area all in one. We've designed this perfect for the family and friends to all gather together within the home. There are large sliding doors overlooking the pool and very private backyard area from the Kitchen and Family Room.

As you pass by all of the large bedrooms suites, you will reach the Vintage Game Room at the other end of the home equipped with Pool Table, Foosball Table and a 85" Smart TV for your enjoyment while gathering with family and friends. Connected to the game room you will find a HOT Yoga Room to clear the Mind and Body. We've installed a refrigerator in this area to supply cold drinks.

These are two great spaces for the Group to gather and make lasting memories. We literally designed this home for the perfect "Staycation" if desired or the perfect sanctuary after a day exploring the National Park and all of its wonder.

In addition, I always like to accommodate Early check-ins and Late check-outs as long as no one is booked on either side of you, Please ask if you are interested.

Host responded promptly to all my questions. I found everything that I need: Utensils, dishes, warm blankets, towels. The house is clean and it can accommodate three families comfortably. The house is also within short driving distance to groceries and restaurants.

Wonderful house

This house is great. Plenty of room for everyone. There were lots of supplies and things to do. The neighborhood was super quiet. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a huge property where our party of 13 could comfortably stay. There was so many places to sit and relax. We mainly enjoyed the game room and pool. Everything was as listed, everyone in my family was extremely happy with the space and activities. The only thing we struggled with was the temperature of the rooms. Some of the sleeping rooms were very cold while others were extremely hot. They do have fans but the AC struggles to cool the end rooms.

Great location, great amenities

Couldn’t have asked for a better home to stay in for our long weekend at JOTR. A short drive to the NP and when we weren’t hiking, there was lots of space to hang out with our extended family, lots of fun activities (pool table, swimming pool, sauna, huge table for games and crafts.) The kitchen was very well stocked. And we very much appreciated the ample blankets and towels.

Christmas Fun

We travelled to Yucca Valley to enjoy some family time over Christmas. The house was big and comfortable and had everything we needed. The sauna and cold plunge pool were a nice feature. Day trips to Joshua Tree and Palm Springs were both very doablePalm

Perfect location for great getaway for great price!

The Property is the at the center of all the attraction and close by to all convenient stores. The game room was perfect for the kids to hangout and play pool. The island kitchen was perfect for adults to hangout and cook. Property manager was very helpful and checked in with proactively. I would love to go back again.

Great Location for Joshua Tree

This was the perfect house for a girls weekend trip to Joshua Tree National Park. Four bedrooms, 10 beds....David was very easy to work with. He responded promptly to questions. We were able to check in early by a couple of hours. Thank you for the suggestion to eat breakfast at the local Black Bear Diner. It was fabulous!

Great Experience

Wow! The house is beautifully done. Plenty of space for our family get away with 11 people present. Plenty of stuff right in the house for the kids to do and enough space to spread out and not be on top of each other. Kitchen is well stocked, bathrooms and bedrooms had nice linens, the kids library was a hit with all of our kids. Yoga room and game room kept everybody entertained with minimal screen time. This was a phenomenal house, we loved our time here.

The property has everything you may need. We stayed there with two of our adult daughters and families for our son's wedding in the Joshua Tree desert. There were plenty of books for the kids, pool table, exercise room, grill. The pool was a little chilly but some of them were brave enough to jump into it after visiting the sauna room. Everybody enjoyed the foot massage machines after dancing all night. In a few words, we used everything that was available in the house. David was kind enough to let us have the bride's family over for small gathering there. I strongly recommend this house for families of friends getting together.

Desert Oasis

This a must stay with your family and friends! We can't imagine staying in a better VRBO. The floorpan and open kitchen, multiple bedrooms with game room and yoga studio, dry heat sauna all were top notch amenities. It's perfectly located on a quiet street with easy access to Joshua Tree National Park. The kitchen and the entire house is fully stocked with everything you need. Outside you have a pool and open space with fireplace and plenty of seating. We loved everything about our stay and can't wait to return! David is an exceptional host and our communication was excellent! It's a 5 star rating in every way!

Great Stay

Overall, it was a great stay. Very spacious and in a great location. The house is very nice, great kitchen, and living room. The rooms were nice as well. Only two inconveniences occured: 1. Pool was left with pet hair and I had to clear it out in order to use the pool the same day with my party. 2. The air conditioner in the game room was broke. David did call to advise me of the issues, which was good to know before getting there. The game room is great and we did enjoy it, though it did get very hot in there. Other than that, it was a nice stay and would love to go back again.

Building Memories

Excellent place to hang your hat after a long day in JT National Park. That was our primary reason for the trip but even if you don't make it into the park, it is just a great place to hangout! We have a large family with children and grandchildren. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook just about anything you desire, except the food of course. Lots of high quality cookware (stainless steel and iron), air fryer, crock pots, instapot. The game room with a pool table and foosball and big screen tv was a favorite place to congregate. We didn't spend much time outside because of the weather but there is ample outdoor furniture with two tables to enjoy a meal or simply relax with a cocktail. Add to all this a firepit, horseshoes and a dry heat sauna and this place knocks it out of the park as a home away from home.

We wanted to travel to Yucca Valley in order to observe the Geminids meteor shower in December. The Joshua Tree area is exceptionally free of light pollution and was recommended as an ideal location for stargazing. We had a large number of family that were going with us so we needed a property that would accommodate everyone.This property fit the bill perfectly! It is absolutely huge, with multiple comfortable beds in each room. There is a giant gas fireplace in the common area which was inviting on the chilly nights. Outside the back patio area had many opportunities to sit around the pool and also do some stargazing if we didn't want to leave the property late at night.Usually I bring spices because some rentals have little or no spices for cooking. There were a lot of spices in the kitchen, even turmeric, garlic powder, cumin, etc. that were so very helpful. I felt like I was in my own kitchen.The house was exceptionally clean and well maintained. There is a hot yoga room and a fun game room where we spent a lot of time also.There is ample parking on the property for a number of autos, so no parking on the street was necessary.Although it sounds incredibly remote, I had no trouble using delivery services like instacart or doordash. Internet connection was strong and we had no problems with it at all.All in all, I would come here again in a heartbeat!

The home was spacious and clean with lots of beds. It was rainy during our stay but we still had plenty to do inside. Lots of great amenities. The kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook for our large group. Great experience!
