Our girl trip

It covered our needs, but was missing a few things that would have been nice to have.(Toaster, coffee maker And hair dryer.)Enjoyed the quiet area and all the trees. It was a great location.I would stay there again.

House is exactly as it looks. Stayed a couple nights to go see a baseball game with dad. Definitely not a party type neighborhood. If you're looking for a place to simply sleep and rest up for excursions to the stadiums or around KC this will do just fine. Owner was very communicative. There was a small issue with the couch before we got there (which we didn't care about) and one of the lamps didn't work (still don't care.) Owner was cool and up front about everything.

Great One Night Stay

Nice house with easy check in process and communicative host. A few minor issues like a broken toilet seat, or the main TV remote not working, but nothing serious.

Close to Convention center

When we arrived the air conditioner was not working. Called owner and she was very responsive! It was fixed right away the next morning. Good location, comfortable beds. Disappointed there was no coffee pot, toaster or plates for meals.

We were driving through so made a last minute one night stay. The bed was comfortable and it worked for us for what we needed. The host had great communication. I would have loved a coffee pot of some sort in the morning. I missed that on the listing when booking.

The home it's self was very cute, but it was not clean at all, pee and pubic hair on toilet, hair in our beds, sticky floors.

Overnight stay

We just stayed one night, pretty much just used as a place to sleep as we were at an event nearby. Overall it worked for what we needed. Just had a little trouble with the getting the door opened after unlocking but eventually figured it out.

Great stay!

Me and 3 other adults were attending something in downtown KC and were looking for somewhere affordable to stay, and this property was perfect! Clean, spacious, and affordable! The owner communicated well throughout our stay! Would definitely stay here again if we come back to KC!

Will stay here again the next time we are back to visit! Loved the vibe of the home! This is above and beyond what the description. Location is great. Definitely cost effective and way better than a hotel!

We were disappointed with our stay at this property. The house was not clean when we arrived, and it felt like it hadn’t been properly prepared for guests. Several pieces of furniture and appliances were broken or in poor condition, which made the stay less comfortable. To make things worse, the beds had pillows without pillowcases, which did not feel hygienic. Overall, the property did not meet the basic standards we expected.

A wonderful little two bedroom house

There are not pictures to do this house justice. The living room is cozy and the cleanliness of the house is spectacular. The beds are comfy enough, and the nights are quiet for a peaceful night sleep. The backyard is big with a beautiful view. I would stay here again.

Great location

This place was perfect for our stay! Easy parking and close to everything we wanted to do. Host was very quick to respond. We stayed in the smaller of the 2 bedrooms because we liked that bed better. Cute back patio. Would love to come back and see some sporting events.

Felt like home

This property was basic, but had everything we needed. I really enjoy the backyard and view along with the deck. This was the kind of place I would rent time and time again. A nice, quite neighborhood near 435, I-70, Walmart and Starbucks. Felt like I lived there. Highly recommend.

Mostly good

The only actual complaint we had was we didn't enjoy the beds. But we are very particular about our beds since we both have back issues. Otherwise this place suited out needs just fine.
