How the house look

The house looked nice like it is what it say a 420 house the only thing we needed was a table but over all I had a good time

Relaxing stay

Very enjoyable comfortable and clean. Property host was easy to communicate with and attentive. Well located between the airport and the city. My only issue is the map in the posting says the unit is in downtown but it’s actually about 20 or so minutes away. But for us that actually was better. I

This home has plumbing issues, when you flush the toilet the water comes up from the sink, the tub takes along time to drain out the water and it was other renters complaining about the same thing.The owner tried to be slick and try to blame me and my family, I honestly think they are scammers and just trying to get that insurance money off of each renter.

These guest flushed wipes down the toilet and some type of plastic maybe a small bag the plumber couldn’t tell but definitely could tell wipes and feminine products these guest said everything was great and thanks for letting them rent my house so I thought everything was great until I went to clean and the house was trashed there were towels wrapped around the toilet I guest to catch the water running from the bottom of the toilet I would not recommend them no stars for them

Not the worse

I was just really upset that the grass wasn't mowed , so utilizing the backyard didn't happen. You can't even walk into the back yard without going out the front. No hammock even though there is a picture of one. Smoking was the only positive thing.

Not What We Expected

The floors were cleaned very well, but there was a lack of all cooking and eating ware, hand soap, and toilet paper. The kitchen sink had gross gunk in it, the handrail leading upstairs wasn't properly attached to the wall, there were 3 bedrooms and 4 beds, along with no spare trash bags. Was definitely 420 friendly and the beds were comfy, but place isn't as nice as photos state. Would stay here again though.

Had a couple problems with bugs and Wi-Fi and it didn’t get fixed but also the Air conditioner makes a really loud noise and the floor vents where coming

Yes when you leave the doors open flys come in please shut the doors And my house smelled like pee after your stay did you pee all over the house I ran gosh this is not ok

Don’t book this place!

I booked this place because the listing makes it seem like it’s in Detroit. It’s 20-30 mins away. If you’re expecting a functional toilet, this is also not the place for you. The toilet seemed broken right away, drained really slowly. Def not strong enough to take down solid waste. I’ve never in my life had to plunge a toilet after basically every use. Especially in a property that I’m renting. Then to get a property damage charge is ridiculous. This renter is clearly running a scam! Stay away!

This guest and there company flushed a bar of soap and a rag down my toilet I had to pay a plumber to take the toilet up and get soap out they left my place very dirty with trash all over and I definitely would not rent to them again and would not recommend them to anyone and get this they complain about the toilet after they were there for over 24 hours already this is awful
