If you’re looking for a fabulous Niagara Vacation Rental ,then look no further! This four bedroom home offers warm décor and provides a welcoming feel to your group or extended family gatherings.

The home comfortably sleeps 10 persons in a total of 4 bedrooms. The lower level room has 1 queen bed and a single bed and is serviced by a 4 pc bathroom. The 3 upper level rooms have queen beds and are serviced by another 4pc bathroom. There is a high quality sofa bed in the living room on the main level. The home is centrally heated and central air-conditioned.

All the modern comforts of home are here including a large flat screen TVs, cable TV, upgraded high speed complimentary Wi-Fi, patio, and more.
The dining area is perfect for board or card games and makes a great space to reflect on the days experiences.

THE DECK

A large deck area with seating is situated on the Southern Side of the house and offers guests a private relaxation area complete with an outdoor BBQ.

THE YARD

The home sits on a very large fully fenced pie shaped lot with multiple entry and exit points which is perfect for large trucks, RV's, and Campers. A total of eight vehicles can park within the parking area of the property.
The yard features large mature trees provided shade from the sun and plenty of space for pets to venture and stretch their legs.

ENJOY A COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST

Breakfast consists of juice, muffins, yogurts, fresh fruits, meat and cheese tray, and a daily fresh hot entree item and is delivered to the house on a daily basis. Coffee, Tea, Water, and welcome snacks are already stationed in the house.

Lovely place to stay. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfasts. Only negative is that only one ceiling fan worked. Would stay there again.

Great home close to the Falls.

We had a great but short stay in this comfortable home right outside the commercial area of Niagara Falls. Owner brought a hot, fresh breakfast each morning. Highly recommended!

Nice clean house in a safe, quiet neighborhood about a 20 minute walk from the Falls. Pre-check-in confusion was handled quickly by the host. Hot breakfast was a really nice touch. Kids loved the basement suite as well as the tire swing out front. Thanks so much!

Golf getaway.

We decided to golf the Niagara Falls area, for the first time. There are a good selection of courses there in all price and skill levels. This home accomodates up to 10 people and is well located minutes to Clifton Hill, where there are many restaurants and bars which suited us well for evening entertainment. There was a nice outdoor seating/bbq area. The delivered/included breakfasts were a big hit with us. John, the host was eager to help us have an enjoyable vacation. Would definitely go back.

Great Location!

John was a great host. He was there to greet us and show us around. He provided suggestions on what to do in town and how to make the most of our short time there. Breakfast being delivered was a really nice touch. The house is a work in progress and when totally completed, will be an amazing rental. It worked great for us utilizing the rooms upstairs only. Guys were there working on the fencing one day and I’m sure when they are all done the outside seating will really set this house apart from others nearby. The location is what really makes this the place to stay. Walking distance to the falls (with some hills).

Niagara Falls home

This is a beautiful older home in a quiet area. We were able to walk to the falls which took about 15 minutes, longer if you walked to the top of the falls. Worth the walk as parking by the falls is so expensive, but there is parking if you don't want to walk. Working with John was wonderful, we were able to check in early, he responded quickly to the one question I had during our stay and brought us breakfast and juice every morning. The breakfast was such a nice touch and great way to start the day. For us it worked out well that one bedroom was in the basement and the rest were upstairs as our teens were able to each have their own space. The bathroom upstairs is big and the shower pressure is great! The only reason I gave the property a 4 instead of 5 is because there is no bathroom on the main floor and the stairs in the house are steep. The stairs are normal for a house like this, however with having knee issues, the stairs started to get to me. Overall though we had a great stay and felt very comfortable in the home.

Very nice place. Owner is still completing outside landscaping and finishing the last parts of the basement. Stairs are steep going to the basement but the bedroom and bathroom down there are very nice, was a great place for quiet sleeping. Breakfast came every morning and it was so good to start the day like this. 15 minute walk gets you to the main areas in town and to stunning views of the falls.

Excellent location for visiting the falls. Within walking distance to many attractions and Clifton Hills. Neighborhood felt safe and appreciated off street parking.Breakfast was excellent! Beds comfortable.Other issues that should be addressed such as adding steps up and down the deck. Back door key should be provided for ease of loading /unloading car. House was basically clean with the exception of high touch surfaces (light switches, door knobs, refrigerator door). Some dining room chairs were broken. Ok value for the price considering location. Adult nephew appreciated his own space downstairs and was surprised to have a glow in the dark sink

The house is very accessible and centrally located. It's about 10 minute walk to the falls. The beds were very clean and comfortable. This house owner provides breakfast which was very convenient.
