This home comfortably sleeps 8 persons in a total of 4 bedrooms (1 Queen) and is serviced by 2 full bathrooms. The home features an attractive rear yard with patio/canopy plus BBQ. Public park with basketball and tennis courts located just behind the property.

We didn't actually stay. Because of the unpredictable lake effect snow we had to postpone. Henry was very understanding!

This place was amazing! It truly was within walking distance to the falls. We had a great time and hope to come back again. The host was amazing. Communication was great and the home was extremely clean. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Location was great. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels. Drinking water and water bottles were provided. Keurig and drip coffeemakers with coffee/hot chocolate/cappuccino provided. Host was really responsive when the internet went down. We had issues with being able to watch TV. If you’re from the US, YouTube TV doesn’t work in Canada. We weren’t aware ahead of time that there was a basement unit in the home and could hear people talking. It was a little creepy until we asked the host about it. Overall, it was a great stay and we would go back!

We stayed for 3 nights with a group of 4 couples. The house and location were great. The host was very responsive and the house was well equipped for a large group. Would definitely recommend this property.

Easy walking to the falls. Nice comfortable sleeping arrangements. Nice to have coffee and tea and sugar available. Lovely updated bathrooms.Bbq could use an upgrade but otherwise well worth the cost

Henry was great to interact with. Very responsive! The house was perfect for us four couples. We walked downtown and walked back at the end of the night. Great location. We will stay there again!

This charming home suited all of our needs and then some! A short walk to the WEGO bus stops and alocation in a well lit area in a quiet neighborhood, made it perfect for our girls' trip.Upon arrival, we first noticed the well stocked front porch, where water shoes and umbrellas were conveniently stored. A big plus was that the home was clean!The bedrooms all had window air conditioners and closets with hanging and shelf storage. An oscillating floor fan was provided in the living room which we used very little but was nice to have. The kitchen included a Keurig with 2 kinds of coffee pods as well as an instant coffee maker and microwave; but a favorite was the water dispenser. Plastic and paper cups were provided, but I personally liked filling my water bottle each day to take with me as I toured the area.Name brand laundry supplies were appreciated for use of the washer and dryer.Although we didn't use them, bikes with helmets and a grill were provided in the outdoor space. The host was beyond accommodating and easy to do business with. My friends and I definitely recommend this charming renovated home.

This was the nicest and most well-appointed home-share I have ever seen! Everything was top of the line for comfort, amenities, cleanliness and supportive availability of the host! Not to mention the location cannot be beat! Absolutely the best! My family from S. America was with me and could not stop about how comfortable, warm, restful and well-cared for they felt this weekend! Thank you to this wonderful host and this beautiful home!

Cozy, clean and convenient location

We stayed here for a weekend with 4 adults and 3 teenagers. Very clean and lots of room. Excellent communication with host. Convenient location to walk to falls. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Experience!

Meticulously clean and very convenient location with a brief walk to the Falls. The house was stocked with everything we needed and more! Air conditioning worked well, and we had great communication with Henry. Thank you for accommodating my family on a memorable vacation to beautiful Niagara Falls!

Great location to visit the falls!!

This home is in a great spot to visit Niagara Falls! About 15 min walk from the falls tours and the hopping Clifton Hill area which we enjoyed! House is very well set up, with a nice area to sit outside! Excellent home for our visit to Niagara!Owner was great with communication and getting back with us if we had a question! Highly Recommended this home if you’re looking to visit Niagara Falls!

Amazing Find…

The house was ready on time and was stocked with water and coffee. The location is ideal if you want to visit the Falls or take a short drive up to Niagara on the lake. I highly recommend this place.

Relaxing retreat close to the action

Charming house, close to all Niagara Falls attractions. For location: It is adjacent to the WeGO bus line but the stops were a little far (800 meters in either direction) for our group which includes younger kids and a couple of senior citizens. The bus schedule was also unreliable but it may just have been due to the season. For amenities: we were very comfortable in the house and loved sitting in the outdoor area. We appreciated the ample coffee supplies and the shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower.This was the perfect spot to call home for a few days while we explored the area!

Great location to the falls

Our group consisted of 4 adults and 4 children. This house was an easy 15 minute walk to all of great things Niagara Falls has to offer - even our kids didn't complain (too much) about the walk :) The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed for our weekend stay. The owner was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend this property!

Perfect stay for family of four

The house was just as described and in a great location. Quick Uber trips to get to all the main attractions. It was raining while we were there or we could’ve walked to most places. There was a fully stocked tea and coffee bar we very much enjoyed! Beds were comfortable and the spacious living room allowed us all to spread out and relax.
