El apartamento es muy central situado; a sólo 100 metros de la plaza Leidseplein ya 150 metros del famoso Rijksmuseum. El apartamento tiene su entrada independiente, cocina totalmente equipada, aire acondicionado, baño moderno, patio privado, etc.

Está diseñado con estilo y comodidad. El apartamento dispone de calefacción por suelo radiante y aire acondicionado. Hay una mesa de comedor con cuatro sillas y una cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas, horno / microondas, cafetera, totalmente máquina automática grano de café, vajilla, ollas, etc.
El dormitorio está equipado con una cama king size para una noche cómoda. El sofá cama doble en el salón es para el huésped tercera y cuarta (lo que es una cama de 200x160cm). El lujoso cuarto de baño tiene una amplia ducha a ras de suelo.

Hideaway

Sleek, well-located, wonderfully quiet, too, considering how much was going on in the vicinity. Check out Jazz Club Alto around the corner. We went 4 times in a week.

Wonderful time in Amsterdam

This was our second time staying in the apartment. The check-in process went smoothly. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We hope to return to Amsterdam in the future and stay in the apartment.

Perfect spot in Amsterdam

This apartment was an ideal location right in the midst of Amsterdam. Walking distance to most everything. We enjoyed late night drinks right across the street at the tequila bar. Friendly , safe neighborhood. The owners very communicative during check in process and prior to arrival. We were very happy with our accommodations and it made our trip that much more enjoyable!!

Prime location. Fine accommodation.

Great service/communication by owner prior to arrival. Much appreciated restaurant tips provide by owner - we chose three and had tremendous experience each time. Museums, park, and tram near by...high end designers, antiques, art galleries, souvenir shops too. Great fun just to walk in any direction....quintessential Amsterdam beauty and serenity await! Highly recommended.

Lovely apartment, terrible street

The street is the downside of this property. It is small, trucks often block it with deliveries and taxis won’t pick or drop you off. In the morning there is trash all over from the restaurants and bars and it smells. Bicycles rule this area and they will not stop for you. You have to look everywhere for them to avoid a collision. The property was functional although seating was not comfortable, it doubled as a bed. Kitchen was well stocked for a short stay

Comfortable apartment in great location!

The apartment was clean and comfortable for our family of 4, and the location was perfect! Mireille was excellent at communicating and responded to my inquiries promptly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay but one minor little thing would have made it even better: a few hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. Also, this is not a criticism but a simple honest observation - we think that the bathroom door might have been installed backwards. You can see everything looking through the bathroom door from the sofa, but you cannot see anything when you are in the bathroom looking out. We noticed this right away because we have two teenagers who value their privacy when using the bathroom and they felt very awkward about it. Obviously, it's not an issue if it's just a single person or couple renting the place. Thank you for a great stay, Mireille!

Very great place to stay!

My friends and I have stayed in Amsterdam before, yet we loved this area to stay in! It is a bit touristy, but that’s good because you are close to everything!! We walked EVERYWHERE! Everything was a 15 minute walk or less. Overall apartment was very clean and just what we needed for the trip. It is on the ground floor, and there is no view. But again we just needed it for sleep! The owner was great about communicating too! Made everything super easy.

Everything we needed for a family vacation

The apartment met all of expectations and could not have been more perfect for what we needed for the week. The hosts were very welcoming helpful with all of our questions. The location of the apartment was fantastic with easy access to all the sites and wonderful restaurants! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Sleek, Modern, Comfy, and Convenient

Spent 2 weeks in this cozy, open plan, ground floor apartment. Perfect for a single or couple. Located in a great neighborhood, lots of ethnically diverse restaurants all within a few blocks, grocery store nearby, tram stops three blocks away, a short ride on the tram to Amsterdam Centraal station. Felt relaxed and safe there, (even returning home solo after evenings out) when I was on my own the first week before my partner joined me. An easy walk to the Museum Quarter, Vondelpark, Nine Streets, Flower Market and other key attractions and charming historic and culturally rich neighborhoods. Mirielle was a thoughtful host, accessible but not intrusive, and quick to respond. And the Wash Place right across the street offers 2 hour laundry service, including folding or hanging, at a reasonable price.

Terrific location & apartment

This apartment is located within walking distance to almost all of Amsterdam. Great neighborhood of restaurants, shopping, museums yet tucked quietly away on the ground floor. Would definitely recommend it. We had 3 people stay and it was very comfortable. Daan and Mireille made our arrival so easy. I highly recommend this apartment.

Enjoyable Stay

I booked this apartment for my family, and they really enjoyed their stay. The location is fantastic, and the space itself is a nice oasis when you need a break from the city. Would highly recommend this place.

Oasis in Amsterdam

A fantastic apartment in a great location! Found immaculate and with superb facilities, especially liking the amazing coffee machine. In a extremely busy area with shops restaurants and bars at the door yet so quiet, just what I was looking for! Mireille and her husband were so accommodating and understanding and cannot thank them enough. Will definately be returning and would recommend whole heartadly (as long as I'm able to get a booking next year!)

My husband and I live with our 3 children for quite some time now in the heart of Amsterdam and we absolutely love it! Amsterdam is easy to get around, it is like a small village but it has everything to offer.

We have backpacked around the world which we absolutely loved. Now we have settled down but we still so much enjoy to meet people from all over the world. So that's how we came up with the idea to rent out a part of our house, a totally independent apartment, to guests around the world.
We hope guests enjoy Amsterdam as much as we do.
