The South Texas Botanical Gardens & Nature Center is also just 17 miles away. When you don't want to go far to enjoy the sun, simply head for the townhome's on-site pool.

Spacious and light-filled, the interior of your stay boasts all of the nautical charm you've been dreaming of! The living room's soft seating and large smart TV make for the perfect combination for streaming sessions, whereas the well-equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze when you aren't dining out.

As the sunset's yellow, orange, and pink hues begin to fall over Corpus Christi, throw your adventure garb in the private washer/dryer for a refresher and crawl under the soft linens available in each of the bedrooms - all cooled by central air.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
