Actualizado y bien cuidado 3 dormitorios, 2. 5 baños condominio que duerme cómodamente 11. Esta unidad es perfecta para familias, viajes de hombres, viajes de niñas y viajes de pesca / caza. El condominio está a solo unos pasos de la hermosa piscina y tiene un muelle para botes a 20 pies de su puerta trasera disponible durante la duración de su estadía. La comunidad también ofrece estacionamiento para remolques de botes, parrillas para barbacoa junto al agua, y está a solo unos minutos en coche de la playa. Nuestros huéspedes tienen acceso a 3 televisores de pantalla plana, WiFi complementario, lavadora y secadora privadas, congelador para su pesca fresca y una cocina completa. ¡Reserve 7 noches y su séptima noche es gratis! ¡Quédese durante un mes completo y su cuarta semana es gratis!

El dormitorio principal con baño completo tiene una lujosa cama king size, vestidor, vestidor de tamaño completo y vistas al agua. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama king size, un sofá cama desplegable, tocador completo y vestidor. Perfect getaway

Perfect little getaway home was more than accommodating close to the beach and lots of fishing areas around the neighborhood especially in the back, nice community pool, property owner was quick to respond and the nicest person we have met yet, overall 10/10 we had a great stay and will definitely be back for more years to come

Great place to stay!

We had a great time with family on the last weekend of spring break. Weather ended up being less than ideal but it was nice to have a great space to hang out with family indoors. Check in and check out we’re fast and simple. It was great having on site laundry and access to the water for fishing since the beach wasn’t the best option. There was also plenty of parking space for the 3 vehicles we had and the community was very easy to find.

Included was text sent to owner with key concerns: -Blood on pillow in master bedroom -Broken sliding door (left side) -Blood on pull out sofa mattress -Pool was closed on Monday - condom in drawer in bedroom #2 - dirty and stained tub -left over food in kitchen - dirty pans - left over pumpkin seeds in Drawer - wet wad of toilet paper left under sink (middle restroom) - Condo does not seem as if fully cleaned, concerned if condo was sanitized, considering with the whole covid epidemic. Once again, i do apologize, but just wanted you to be aware of issues Cleaning crew came and just addressed issues. Put a new pillow case, but no additional cleaning was done to ensure safety of my family, considering our current Covid epidemic.

Well Appointed and Close to Everything.

Our family of 10 had a comfortable stay and an enjoyable time. We cooked breakfasts and family dinners almost every day. The kitchen was stocked with just about everything needed. There were plenty of dishes, pots and pans, mixing bowls and even a crock pot. The only thing I wish it had would be a couple sheet pans. We especially enjoyed the back deck and proximity to the pool. Thank you for helping our family make a week full of memories.

Weekend Retreat

We had a great stay. The condo was in a great location and just a few miles from the beach. The condo was very comfortable and clean. We were able to enjoy the pool and did some fishing on the back dock. We would definitely stay here again.

Close to beach.

This 3 bedroom unit accommodated our group well. Loved proximity to beach. Family loved fishing off back pier. Unit was clean. Several maintenance issues have been shared with owner. Would rent again.

Short Getaway

Great place! It was nice being by the water. Loved the overlooking deck. Unfortunately the fish weren’t biting but the kids had fun trying! Few broken things such has toilet paper holders in bathrooms. The pull out couch in the bedroom was very uncomfortable according to my son. Nice big table great for games. Each room had a TV. Great location. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location and stay

Christine was an excellent host. Check in was easy and she had more than enough kitchen supplies, linens, and ammenties to give us a nice stay. The place is decorated for the beach life and we enjoyed the boat doc, patio, utility room, and location near the beaches. This by no way was a fancy place like some others, but that's what helped to make it enjoyable, because we knew we had no worries there 😊

It’s was a beautiful area, back yard was water view.

Family and I enjoyed our stay. Home away from home. Anytime I messaged the owner she was quick to respond. Definitely will come back again. Everything was there what we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

Family weekend getaway

My family loved the property, great location. The breeze in the evenings was great. The kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed. We will definitely rent again. Kudos to the owners for such a great property!!!

Girls Summer Fun

Can't say enough good things. Over the 3 days 12 high school girl friends came through. The town home was equipped with everything we needed to cook, sleep and just enjoy. The back deck was plenty large enough and cool in the afternoon and evening and we spent most our time there. Proximity to the pool was awesome. So many things to do close by. Visited the beach of course and the put put course next door. We'd do this again here for sure. Great roomy place. Clean and comfortable.

Perfect for the whole family and great for fishing too!

The beds were very comfortable and the boat dock was perfect. We served Thanksgiving Dinner to 15 and played 42 for hours. We fished from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and didn't have to worry if we would have a place to dock our boats when we got back in. This home is on the water near great fishing spots, and is only a short drive to the beach. It was exactly what the family needed. Thank you for a great stay.

Awesome Condo With A Boat Dock

Several family members met in Corpus Christi for a week long family fishing trip and this condo was perfect. The condo is really nice with plenty of rooms and beds for everyone. It was stocked with everything we needed and was our home away from home for a week. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck overlooking the water while we had our morning coffee. It was soooooo nice to have a boat dock right out the back door for our many fishing trips and the boat ramp is a short ride down the canal. There was plenty of parking for several vehicles and a place to park the boat trailer. Big plus!! It’s not easy to find all of these things in one place so was perfect for what we needed. We have stayed in a lot of different places over the years and we all decided this was the best place so far. The owner, Christine, was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had and she couldn’t have been nicer. Many thanks to her for letting us stay at this great place! It was awesome!

Easter Family Vacation

The condo was fantastic!!! It was very roomy - there was a total of 11 of us - 7 children and 4 adults. The kids could fish 24/7 and caught lots of trout. We were able to dock our boat right in front of the unit. The kitchen was stocked and it was very nice having a washer / dryer to use daily. Will be booking this unit again soon!!

Great place to stay!

This condo is very nice and has lots of space! We had two families stay for the weekend and had plenty of room. There is complimentary wi-fi which made watching movies easy for the kids -- big bonus! My favorite part of the condo is the deck! It's huge and has such a beautiful view. And the pool is literally just a few steps away! It seems like it's right in your backyard!! We will definitely book this condo again!!

Incredibly relaxing! Absolutely LOVED this condo! Perfect for families!!

My family of 4 plus our close friends (also a family of 4) stayed at this amazing condo. This property is spacious with plenty of room for all of the adults and kids (which was super nice)! The condo was also very clean and all of the bedrooms were comfortable and relaxing. Not too mention all of the amenities that kept everyone entertained and well fed: fishing off the pier, swimming, and being so close to our new favorite island restaurant Snoopy’s made our get-a-way a blast. Can’t wait to go back - in fact - I’ve already booked out next stay!

We love this spot because of it's proximity to so many great attractions, the ease of getting to the condo from the causeway, being surrounded by the peaceful water and landscape, and the quiet community.

This condo perfect for any group! We've laid it out so large or multiple families will have plenty of room. Fishing trips for the guys or gals is easy with a spot to leave your boat in the water for your stay. Launch your boat once and you're ready to go early in the morning or anytime of day! And I promise everyone will be able to relax on the semi-private back deck with a cold beverage in hand!
