Great location to public transit and neighborhood stores. Had good sized rooms with all amenities you could need. Would recommend this location and home for people wanting to see Vancouver.

Stayed here for a week and was sad to leave. Beautiful neighborhood and beautiful house to stay in. The space was well thought out, and I had everything I needed. The owner was responsive to any questions or concerns I had.

Beautiful home that worked very well for three adults. Extremely clean, all the amenities you could ask for, located in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. One note for future travelers: Although this property offers a decent-sized garage, I happened to have a pickup truck that was too large for that space since I was helping someone move. I easily found street parking just steps away (1/2 a block at the most) at a neighborhood park. There are time limits, so read the street signs, but it worked out just fine for us. I also want to point out what a great neighborhood this is! The park was always in use by this friendly community.

Loved our stay at this fantastic property. We were a close drive to all the sights we wanted to see and enjoyed all the amenities at the property. I would stay again.

Lovely neighbourhood - close to shops and restaurants. Clean modern place. We were a party of 6 adults and kitchen and common room were large enough to accommodate us. Parking avail at the rear of the property.

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay here. The unit has recently been completely renovated, and is very spic and span. It is not the entire house, but a unit in the house. It is ideally located, a 10 minute or so walk from the King Edward subway / Canada Line Station. The neighborhood was generally quiet and felt very safe. There were blooming flowers everywhere. We particularly liked the early hours of the nearby JJ Bean Coffee Roasters, and the neighborhood coffee shop The Mighty Oak (corner of W 18th and Columbia St). The host was very responsive to our texted/messaged questions. The only comments we have are small, and will likely be addressed as the final touches of the new interior and applicances are in place: Ice-maker in refrigerator was not working, gas fireplace was not working (which would have been cheerful in the cool nights), the upstairs bedroom windows only open about an inch for fresh air - I guess for security? But this feels a bit claustrophobic, and if there was a fire, how would you escape the upstairs by a window? This is a safety concern. The Christmas Tree should be put away by this time of year. Extra pillows and/or thicker pillows would be good to have on hand. Front gate was cumbersome to close and open, the latch is not easy to operate.We could have reached out to the host during our visit, but none of these things was critical, or an emergency. We had a busy schedule and wanted to focus on Vancouver!

Safe & pleasant stay

I stayed here with my parents and a family friend for a convention my dad was attending. The neighborhood felt very safe and there was ample street parking. It’s quiet in the evening but plenty of friendly people walking around in the day. The home was perfect size for the 4 of us. Check in was quick and easy. Would stay again and would highly recommend to others!

Wonderful stay

We chose this location as it was close to VGH and we had a family member in the hospital. Everything about ourbstay was fantastic. The house is beautiful, so clean and had all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The owners were very friendly. We definitely recommend staying here and will be back.

Beautiful Duplex

We were in Vancouver for work and this was a great quiet place to come home to after a long day of meetings. The area has great restaurants and grocery stores. We will definitely stay here again.

The location was fantastic to meet all of our logistical requirements. The house was very recently renovated with a large suite with all of the latest and efficient appliances including air conditioning & power air filtration and very nicely equipped bathrooms with heated toilet seats & rain showers. Bedding & towels were first rate with 3 comfortable queen beds.Daljeet (host) was very quick to respond & accommodate our queries. Would highly recommend.
