FIRST FLOOR
Entry Hall: Step into the inviting entry hall, where a warm ambiance welcomes you home each day.

Kitchen With Eating Space: The well-appointed kitchen features ample space for dining, with top-of-the-line appliances and modern finishes to inspire your culinary adventures. Essential appliances including a dishwasher, dryer, disposal, microwave, refrigerator, stove/range, and washer are all included for your convenience.

Living Room: Relax and unwind in the cozy living room, furnished with a TV, A/C , a sofa bed, and modern décor. Flooded with natural light, it`s perfect for both entertaining guests and quiet nights in.

SECOND FLOOR
Bathroom Full: Indulge in luxury in the full bathroom, complete with a bathtub, shower, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Soft towels are also provided for your comfort.
Bedroom: Retreat to the comfort of your private bedroom, offering a serene space to rest and recharge.

THIRD FLOOR
Primary Bedroom: Discover the ultimate retreat in the primary bedroom, featuring ample closet space and a layout designed for maximum comfort and A/C.
Bathroom Three Quarter: Enjoy added convenience with a three-quarter bathroom, providing additional amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, along with soft towels.

OUTDOOR SPACE – FOURTH FLOOR
Welcome to your private rooftop oasis with beautiful views of the neighborhood and downtown Seattle.
This furnished rooftop deck is perfect for relaxing, enjoying the sunset, soaking up the sun during the day, or stargazing at night.

❄️ COOLING
Two split A/C units: one in the living room and one in the third-floor bedroom.
There is no A/C in the second bedroom.

🔥 HEATING
Central heating throughout the home.

PARKING: Street parking only, with a parking permit that we provide.

Prime Location: Nestled in the vibrant neighborhood of Capitol Hill, you`ll have easy access to the city`s best restaurants, shops, parks, and cultural attractions. The Capitol Hill neighborhood is known for its eclectic energy, diverse community, and artistic spirit.

TRANSPORTATION:
Seattle boasts excellent public transportation infrastructure, continually enhanced by tech industry investments. Options include buses, subways, trams, commuter trains, and bicycle-friendly routes, along with ferries, seaplanes, and water taxis for both transport and tourism.
HOUSE RULES
➜Pets are welcome; a pet fee applies.
➜No smoking; a $500 penalty will be charged for violations.
➜No events or parties.
➜Maximum overnight occupancy: 6 guests.
➜Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM, please keep noise to a minimum.



OTHER FEES MAY APPLY
➜ Pet Fee: $100 per stay.
➜Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: $50 per hour, unless otherwise approved in writing.
➜ Exceeding Occupancy: $50 per additional person, per night.
➜Additional Cleaning Fee: Standard turnover requires up to 3 hours of cleaning.
➜If cleaning exceeds this timeframe, an extra $100 per additional hour will be charged.
