The main level welcomes you with an inviting open-concept layout, featuring a spacious great room, well-appointed kitchen, and a dining area bathed in natural light streaming through expansive windows, offering picturesque mountain vistas. The kitchen is fully equipped for culinary adventures, while the dining area comfortably seats six, ensuring delightful indoor dining experiences for all. Relaxation awaits in the great room, where a floor-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace sets the ambiance alongside plush seating and a generous HD Smart TV, all beneath soaring vaulted ceilings. A king bedroom with private porch access and two additional queen bedrooms provide cozy sanctuaries for a restful night's sleep.

Please take note of the following:

Spruce Patch is accessible via a 7-mile well-maintained gravel road. While 4-wheel drive is recommended, it is not essential during the summer months. However, it is required in winter, with chains recommended due to higher snowfall at this elevation.
Parking is limited to two spaces.
Limited cell service and GPS coverage are available.
No smoking inside - If evidence of smoking is found, there will be an immediate charge of no less than $250.00.
All pets must be disclosed. There is a one time $100 pet fee per reservation. There is an automatic charge of ​$250​ ​if an undeclared pet is found in the rental. Please pick up after your pets.
Violations of Maximum Occupancy will result in an additional charge of $75 per extra person, per night plus applicable taxes representing liquidated damages, or eviction of Tenants with no refunds provided.
No parties.
Please be aware that stained linens will incur a $10 per towel charge. Makeup rags are available in the bathrooms as an alternative.
Guest will be required to sign the Property Managements Rental Agreement
