Enjoy a relaxing family getaway in this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo located in Magnolia Pointe at Myrtlewood Golf. Perfectly positioned less than 1 mile from both the beach and Broadway at the Beach, you’ll be close to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer while still enjoying a peaceful lakefront setting.
LOCATION & AMENITIES
Located on the second floor with convenient elevator access, this condo features a private balcony overlooking the lake — the perfect spot for morning coffee or unwinding after a day at the beach. Guests enjoy access to 7 community pools throughout Magnolia Pointe, as well as scenic walking paths around the property. The HOA provides 8 pool passes per reservation.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
• Primary suite with king bed and private en-suite bathroom
• Two additional bedrooms, each with two full-size beds
• Second full bathroom
The condo comfortably sleeps 8 guests, with the ability to accommodate up to 10.
LIVING & DINING
The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals easy, whether you’re making breakfast before the beach or dinner after a day of activities. The open living and dining area provides plenty of space for families to gather and relax. Roku Smart TVs, reliable WiFi, and in-unit washer and dryer add comfort and convenience throughout your stay.
PET POLICY
Dogs are welcome (1 dog maximum, under 35 lbs) with a $200 non-refundable pet fee. Dogs must be crated if left unattended. Dogs must be on leash at all times when outdoors and owners must pick up after their pets per HOA rules. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning.
