Plus, you're perfectly situated for easy access to renowned events like SXSW and ACL, as well as the lively downtown scene and iconic 6th Street.

Ideal for families or groups, our home boasts ample space and comfort. Plus, you're perfectly situated for easy access to renowned events like SXSW and ACL, as well as the lively downtown scene and iconic 6th Street.
This three-bedroom home has a master downstairs with a king-size bed, TV, and full bath with a walk-in shower and huge jacuzzi tub. Two additional bedrooms are upstairs - bedroom 2 has two full beds, and bedroom 3 has a queen and TV. All TVs are smart TVs with Hulu, Netflix, Amazon, Max, Apple, etc...The property has high-speed fiber internet for entertainment or remote working. There is a front and back porch to relax on. Washer and dryer on premises.

Guests will have access to the entire home, yard, and patio except for the garage and small closet. Guests have access to two parking spots in the driveway additional street parking and a fenced-in back yard.
