The host was accessible by phone, and the amenities were as described. Plenty of plates, silverware and cooking utensils. Beds were comfortable, and it was perfect having beach towels and a washer and dryer.

Great stay, nice property.

Well maintained property close to the beach with a nice pool and tennis court. The unit came with beach chairs, noodles and beach towels. The coffee/espresso Keurig machine with a built in milk frother was a nice surprise.

Perfect Place at Favorite Location

We've been going to Sanibel for 20 years, and have stayed at Coquina Beach several times. This unit, 3E, is one of the nicest. Exactly as pictured, nicely decorated, bright, clean and comfortable. We have also used Kingfisher (the renting agency) before and always been happy.

Nice!

Great location, close to pool and super quick walk to the beach. We were there during the hurricane so trip was a bit disrupted, but enjoyed our time anyway. Condo is nice, comfortable. Beware the no-seeum bugs on the beach. We got eaten ALIVE! Should have worn bug spray.

wonderful family vacation

I brought my daughter and family to Sanibel for a week of family an fun. This condo was the perfect location and size for the 5 of us. 6 would have been extremely comfortable too. The pool was wonderful and access to the beach is perfect. I would come back here in a heart beat and highly recommend it.

Lovely, modern vacation property, great beach.

This condo is exactly as described. It was a very comfortable unit with just the right amount of space for my husband and I, and our adult daughter. The couches were comfortable, and it was really nice to have better porch furniture! Out mattress was just OK. That could be better and more plush. The guest bedroom seemed to have cushier ones. It's a great location for the beach in October! Nice shallow entry into the water. That's why we come here in October, it's hot and the beach is usually wonderful and warm. This is a small condo development so the pool is great, not many people there at all, but it is low season. It had a great amount of kitchen dishes and utensils for everything you would need to cook. The AC worked great too. Great unit, we'd definitely rent again!

Perfect vacation!

We had a wonderful stay! The proximity to the beach and still having a pool was perfect. We enjoyed riding our bikes to the nearby restaurants and stores.

Clean unit and great location

Kingfisher Vacations was an awesome company to work with. Promptly answered any and all questions. Had a minor issue with the door lock, and they had someone out immediately to fix! Our unit was extremely clean and had everything we needed. We love to cook, and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked with everything we needed. You can’t beat this location, right on the beach. We played pickle ball every morning. We will definitely work with Kingfisher vacations for any of our future bookings!

This rental property was amazing!!

Staying here for a week was absolutely amazing! This property is nicely updated and has everything you need! The location to beach was only steps away! We spent our days between the beach and the perfect pool located at the property! My husband, myself and our 11-year-old daughter had the best week on the Island!!

Great stay in amazing condo

Really one of our favorite vacations of all time. Loved the balcony over the pool. Fully equipped kitchen and amazing comfortable beds. Kids loved the upper loft area. Grilled out every night, swam in the ocean, then later in the pool. Fun. Pool was very warm and clean. Super well maintained property. Got to know the neighbors quite well. Can't wait to come back! We rented bikes and explored the island which was super fun. Saw lots of gators, iguanas, and other interesting animals. My only snafu was when we arrived (2 am) we tried for about 15 min to get into the wrong door! There's two doors at the top of the landing and one of them must be a maintenance closet or something. They both had key pad locks on them. We ended up calling the emergency help line and they directed us to the correct door, which opened! Thank God! Also my wife tells me that the blow dryers are currently not in working order. Thanks for the awesome vacation and memories!

Excellent Location - Updated Condo - Clean - Wonderful

I was excited the property was exactly as pictured. The location was superb in that we were on the beach within 30 seconds from leaving the door of the condo. The pool was very warm/heated which was excellent on the cool days. The appliances were all new and nice. The condo is cute and the bathrooms & kitchen is all updated. (*My only wish was to know that the coffee maker is a Keurig so I could have bought the right coffee before arriving. And I wish there were a couple more kitchen trash bags so you don't have to buy them. And I wish there were some salt & pepper there. It's best to buy on the mainland where groceries/supplies are cheaper than when you get to Sanibel and the stuff is more expensive.) The condo is spacious. Lots of sleeping accommodations. I loved that I could see the pool from the condo so I could keep an eye on the kids when I ran up to the condo for something. The closet full of boogie boards and buckets and chairs was so wonderful. Everything about this condo was superb.

Just as described, beautiful decor, and had everything you could ever want from stocked kitchen to beach items. Would definitely stay there again.
