The entire home and access to the 26 acres of nature is included in this rental so make yourself at home. Please note that we have a 2nd home on the property that is also available to rent and, please be respectful that there may be guests there during your stay and, “This property is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound) and notifies the host (and guest in some cases) if it gets too loud.” But the homes are far enough apart that privacy for all is maintained and there is plenty of dedicated parking for each home.

Eagles Nest Guest House:

Unless you own a helicopter, I recommend getting around by car or preferably SUV. The last ½ mile or so are on a single-lane gravel road that is steep in some parts.

Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space and the surrounding natural beauty with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living onsite 24/7.

We DO NOT allow pets. We love animals and we know you love yours, but we cannot afford the cost to clean and maintain furniture and interiors associated with allowing pets.

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you may be asked to complete our independent verification through our partner Superhog/Know Your Guest. Please expect an email and/or text from Superhog shortly after making your reservation with a link to complete the guest verification and purchase the $35 accidental damage waiver.
