Desert villa w/ great views, hot tub and mini-golf

The Space:
Located in the heart of Joshua Tree,  this  2,500+ sq ft home has carefully created and stylishly designed spaces, with all the best amenities. A site atop of a hill with vast desert views. It has a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:

- Bedroom 1: King size bed
- Bedroom 2: Queen size bed
- Bedroom 3: Two twin beds
- Backyard bedroom: one queen bed and a bathroom. This space will be automatically added to your stay when you select 5-8 guests. You can access the backyard bedroom if you are fewer than 5 guests for an extra fee. Let us know beforehand so we can accommodate.


This Villa has an open layout living space with a large, fully furnished open kitchen and a dining room. There is also a cinema and game room to spend late nights having fun. The house is equipped with the latest streaming services and high-speed internet. In addition, there is a covered back deck with a hot tub that provides additional hang-out space.

The Villa’s main features:

- A putting green to master the perfect golf swing.
- A cinema and game room with a sofa bed, a foosball and a pool table.
- Amazing desert views to witness a full moon and a starry sky.

- There’s free Parking on premises for 4 cars + free street parking.

Other Things to Note:
The primary occupant making the reservation must be at least 25 years old. By proceeding with the reservation, a valid ID will be required to be uploaded.

- You'll find that an RV is parked outside the Villa. Don't worry, it's ours! We're currently away on vacation and have left it there.
- To ensure the hot tub and the pool meet the best standards, our maintenance team will visit the property to check on it on Wednesdays and Sundays. They will access the Villa without prior notice to the guests.
- Please note that a dishwasher is not listed as an amenity at this location. We kindly ask that you refrain from attempting to use the dishwasher. However, we do provide dish soap, sponges, and dish towels for your convenience. 
- We want our guests to feel comfortable and have a safe stay. There is a security camera located at the front entrance facing outside, recording 24/7.

Policies:
- Make sure to thoroughly read and understand our cancellation policy before booking. The refund amount is determined by our policy. You can find it at the bottom of the listing.
-Check-ins are only available between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Our team is only available during these hours to assist with any issues that may come up, so to offer you the best experience, check-in outside of these set of hours will be not authorized.
- If you wish to request an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us and we will check availability. Please keep in mind that early check-in/check-out cannot be guaranteed and that there is an extra charge.
- Delivery of packages before check-in/arrival is not permitted. The host is not responsible or liable for the acceptance, damage, or loss of any mail, packages, or other deliveries sent to the property.

House Rules: 
- Please make sure you have added the correct number of guests in order to see the correct price. Additional overnight guests won’t be authorized.
- We care about respecting the local rules and being outstanding members of the community, so music and/or loud noises are not allowed at any time. We have a noise detector located in the living room and one in the patio to only measure decibels and detect higher than normal levels of noise so you can avoid any disagreement with neighbors and/or the city hall.
