Stay in the best location in Frederick (with free parking!) Directly on the creek, this private and eclectic home is the ideal spot for visitors who want to stay in the heart of Frederick! Perfect for a fun filled weekend, or simply a great place to relax in the garden with a glass of wine! Spend the night in a fully renovated piece of Maryland history directly on Carroll Creek. In the heart of Downtown Frederick, you won't find a closer location to our cities best bars, restaurants, galleries and more!

Our eclectic home (with a Private Garden) is carefully prepared with travelers in mind! Beautifully decorated, and prepped to entertain, we offer full amenities, toiletries, dimmable lights, blackout curtains, full size appliances and so much more!

Free on site Parking is always available for our guests, which makes bringing in bags a breeze!

Space includes entire historic row house. (3)Three luxurious suites with modern amenities, (1) Full Bathroom, and Full Kitchen with Coffee Bar. Garden is a shared space, but can be reserved for private events!

We want you to enjoy every aspect of your stay and throughout the home you'll find: full toiletries in the restroom (shampoo, body wash, etc. Even an extra toothbrush!), plenty of extra towels, streaming TV’s, free Wi-Fi, free wireless chargers throughout home, blackout curtains, full-size closets with hangers and storage, keurig coffee maker and complimentary coffee/tea, crisp cotton sheets, and so much more!

We understand the need for a quiet workspace and speedy internet connection, so our garden facing suite is set up for just this!

Frederick is a sensational city to visit! Year round events, art shows on the creek, and a wide assortment of restaurants, coffee shops, and more will quickly have you feeling like this could be our new vacation spot!


**COVID update: we're taking the coronavirus risk seriously, and have taken steps to ensure you're able to fully enjoy your stay:

- We're using disinfecting spray on all surfaces and handles (doors, appliances) and only using disposable paper towels when cleaning
- Our cleaners are washing their hands thoroughly as soon as they arrive

Perfect getaway

This little house was the perfect place for our getaway to explore historic Frederick. In addition to being comfortable, tastefully decorated, and spotlessly clean, it contained a full kitchen stocked with nice-quality cookware, dishware, and barware, plus all the tools you would need to make any kind of cocktails.In addition, the hosts generously supplied a large variety of coffee pods and tea bags. We especially appreciated the electric kettle, and Brita-filtered water in the fridge was a thoughtful touch. In the bathroom, they provided not only shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, and moisturizer, but also a travel-sized tube of toothpaste (which came in handy), spare toothbrushes, and mouthwash. There were plenty of thick, white towels and 2 bathrobes. We chose the bedroom overlooking the garden, which was quiet and restful. The weather was chilly so we didn't spend much time on the patio, although the Adirondack chairs and babbling fountain made it very tempting. The location--close to the MARC stop and easy walking distance to everything there is to do and see in Frederick--was ideal because we arrived by train. If stairs are an issue for you, be aware that the only bathroom (and all the bedrooms) are upstairs, and the staircase is a little steep. There's a solid handrail and non-slip treads, so it wasn't a big problem for us. Just something we've noticed as we get older.

Wonderful stay in Frederick!

We had a great stay at Ashley and Richard's townhouse. Beautifully renovated while maintaining the original charm. Location could not be better, right off the creek promenade with all the restaurants and shops in the historic downtown area just a short walk away. Don't forget to enjoy a stroll in beautiful Baker Park. The house was nicely decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc, allowing us to cook a few meals during our stay. Several nights we enjoyed the fire pit in the beautiful garden area. The dedicated parking spot was a bonus for the downtown area. Would highly recommend staying at this property!

Good location. Friendly hosts.

Hosts are friendly and responsive. Very clean. Location couldn’t be any better. Note. Senior citizens (like us) will have a hard time with the stairs. No amenities missing. Beautiful outdoor patio area. Private parking space. We will be back.

Family road trip

We loved everything about our stay here! The owners were very welcoming and made sure our late night arrival was well lit. The area is fantastic. We get comfortable letting our teens explore the nearby shops and park unattended while my husband and I went for a leisurely walk along the canal.

Cutest Home away from home

Frederick has grown into a super adorable town and this home matched it perfectly. The city was hot but the townhome cool and had all the amenities we needed for a short visit to see local family. Highly recommend this host, so welcoming and quick to respond. Thanks!

Lovely home in a perfect location

The property is so cute and is in a fabulous location. The owners were beyond nice and accommodating. We would highly recommend anyone visiting Frederick book this location. Bonus that there is a parking spot!

Great home away from home

We traveled from CO to spend the holidays with family and wanted a fun place to stay with our 2 senior dogs. It was the perfect location for walks and well lit everywhere. We enjoyed walking around downtown and exploring shops. We really loved having a dedicated parking spot too. The property is very well decorated and so clean. It was very comfortable for our 11 night stay.

Cozy and Cute

Overall, the location is great, and the property is well appointed. It feels smaller in person than it does in photos, and there are a few small improvements I’d make, e.g., a guest guidebook for checkout procedures. None of my critiques detracted from the experience though. It’s still great overall, and I’d stay here again, though I’d be somewhat leery if we were a larger group. The size felt perfect for 2 people.

Small town getaway

This place was lovely. I loved the decor and all the thoughtful details that went into this home. Ashley was very kind and responsive to any questions we had about the area and had many wonderful suggestions on places to eat and visit. The location is walking distance from everything you could possibly want to do in town bars,restaurants, and tons of shopping. We didnt have ro drive anywhere!! Will definitely return.

Right in the heart of the town. The creek park was great for walking and close to shops and restaurants. Really enjoyed ourselves.

Great find in Frederick!

The location couldn't be beat. We were right off the walking path by the creek and had easy access to everything in downtown Frederick. The neighborhood was safe and parking was great. There was a little street noise over the weekend, but that's to be expected in any downtown location. The home was beautifully decorated and the mattress was super comfortable. WiFi was fast with good coverage throughout the home. The back yard has a beautiful garden with a firepit that we didn't make use of, but it's nice to know it's there. Two tips: the parking space is in a parking lot off Market Street, immediately south of the creek. You'll probably drive past it like we did. Also, the third floor room can get a little toasty in the summer. We didn't use that room but it's something to keep in mind.

Girlfriends Weekend

We had a wonderful time! Ashley and Richard have done a wonderful job with this property. Beautifully decorated and inviting. Frederick is such a cute town with great shopping and restaurants. We had the additional benefit of great weather. Lovely breezes during the day with rain holding on until the evening. Would absolutely recommend!
