Casa de playa que se siente como en casa

Nuestra casa cuenta con 4 habitaciones, un baño completo y medio y una ducha al aire libre privada y espaciosa. Nuestro porche de tres estaciones tiene una cama de día y una cama nido y la sala de estar tiene un sofá cama de tamaño completo con un cómodo colchón de cama completa. En general, nuestra casa tiene 2 camas Queen, 3 camas matrimoniales y 5 camas individuales que pueden alojar cómodamente hasta 14 personas.

Ubicado a una cuadra y media de la playa en un vecindario tranquilo pero muy cerca de toda la vida nocturna OOB. El parque de atracciones, el mini golf y el muelle están a pocos pasos.

Patio privado en el patio trasero, mesa de comedor a la altura de la barra personalizada, pantalla plana de 50 ″ con cable y wifi, parrilla a gas de 5 quemadores, lavadora / secadora, microondas, kuerig y cafetera tradicional, juegos de mesa, juguetes de playa, buggies de playa, tablas de surf y skim , etc.

Family Vacation

Nice place sleeping accommodations great for families. Our family enjoyed our stay. Walk to the pier is about 10-12 minutes. With shops, beach and restaurants. There is also a local store close to buy anything you may need.

Great House, Great Location

Loved it. House is plenty big and clean, short walk (10 min) to the beach, quiet neighborhood. Outdoor shower is great! Only dings would be not much outdoor space (small patio area, no yard), and the basement could be tidied up a little (though honestly, the kids didn't really mind...). In general, great place for a week at Old Orchard for a good size group, 10 - 12 people. We had an awesome time!!!

Great family house

We stayed here with 4 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of room. The house was clean and in great shape. The outdoor shower, and outdoor seating area were great for our lobster dinner! It had everything we needed. It was only a short 5 minute walk to the beach, which was great with the kids. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a great week!

great for families

Great location with an updated kitchen perfect for hosting larger families. Minutes away (walking) from the center of Old Orchard Beach. Check-in and out were a breeze, and hosts included a book of local things to eat and try. 10/10 would recommend it again.

Perfect for large group

We stayed in Chris' OOB rental for our son's wedding at Pine Point Beach. The house was just what we needed for the 12 of us plus one 2 year old. The house has a lot of character and was great for just sitting around at night all together laughing or gathering around the huge kitchen table. The bedroom rooms are uniquely set up which gave the grooms and his groomsmen there own sleeping area, (the back two bedrooms with its own toilet and sink) leaving three more bedrooms for the rest of us. There was an additional two pull out sofas in the living room and a twin with trundle on the front porch. The house was clean and very nicely decorated. The basement had a fooseball table and more couches. Everything OOB related is nearby and we were able to walk down to the ocean, then along the beach to the OOB pier, and then to Pirates Cove for mini-golf all in one morning. Chris was a great host and I would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you Chris!

Fantastic property in a great location!

We really loved our stay at Chris and Amy’s house. So much space! Very comfortable. Everything we needed was there. There really wasn’t anything missing. We all had a great time and would love to stay here again.

Great place to vacation!

This was an awesome place to stay at in OOB. Nice neighborhood, 5 min walking distance to the beach, and very close to restaurants, stores, and everything else you need. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay for our first vacation in Maine. We highly recommend staying here!

Beach

House was in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from the beach . Plenty of stuff in the garage for the beach so I didn't have to bring much . Wagon for trips to the beach was a plus . We had quite a group coming and going and the house accommodated well. We walked mostly everywhere as everything was pretty close . Thanks for a great stay Chris as lots of memories had even in these difficult times .

Wonderful Stay

The house was perfect for our extended family. There are plenty of beds including bunk beds which lead down to a room with a full and two twin beds. The kids really enjoyed having their own space. A short walk to the beach and the amusements but away from the noise. A great outdoor space to grill and hang out after the beach and a roomy outdoor shower. Will definetly be staying again in years to come.

Awesome place!

This house was the PERFECT spot for a ladies weekend away. Plenty of beds for everyone in our group (almost missed the secret bedroom upstairs!) and the outdoor shower was clutch. We walked to the beach with a super heavy cooler and barely broke a sweat thanks to the sweet beach cart from the garage. The outdoor space was the perfect size for a boiled Lobster dinner for 10 from Bayley's Lobster Pound, and the outdoor bar made for the perfect oyster shucking spot. Grocery store was a quick drive to grab all our perishables once we arrived, and Chris was super responsive and great to work with from start to finish. Would definitely stay here again!

Adorable Nautical Cottage Walking Distance to Beach/Pier

I rented this house for me and 12 of my girlfriends for one of my best friend's bachelorette weekend. The theme of her wedding is nautical so I thought this would be the PERFECT fit and it was! Chris, the owner was very responsive and got back to me within 24 hours every time I emailed him. He was pleasant and professional. The house was extremely clean and there was plenty of space for everyone. It was exactly as it was described in the listing. We enjoyed the private backyard to play games in and grill food. Walking distance to the beach and bars. Neighbors we talked to were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this house to friends & family.

The place was beautiful.

We had a great time. Had a group of 13 people and there enough space for everyone without being in each others space. Walking distance to the beach and playland. Quiet neighborhood. Loved playing with the foosball table and the games provided. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we would do it again.

Family Vacation 2016

We spent a week at the beach with our family in a house that was big enough for all of us with a queen bedroom on the first floor for my mother who cannot walk up stairs and enough other beds to accommodate our children and grandchild comfortably. It was perfectWe only had to walk a short distance to the beach for a day of swimming and sandcastle building. Walk a little more and we were at the pier filled with shops and funhe fireworks display on Independence Day were very enjoyable from a park filled with green grass and benches. The house was exactly as described on the Home Away site.The owner was very detailed when giving direction as to how to get into the house and when to put out the trash etc. We communicated through email and Chris was prompt and professional in his answers to our questions.We would definitely recommend Chris and his property at Old Orchard Beach Maine for a famity vacation.

Great Vacation Rental

We loved this house because there was plenty of room for for our two family's. Which for us helped with the cost. This house is very clean, plenty of parking, quiet area, close to beach and other family activities. We also liked the back yard and out door shower. Was nice to sit on porch on those hot nights. The owners put a lot of work into this house. We have stayed at a lot of houses, not to many as nice as this one. I would recommend this house to friends, family. Donna B

Lovely Spacious Beach House

My family stayed here last summer and it was great because it sleeps so many. My elderly parents slept in the down stairs bedroom nice and close to the bathroom. It has a large kids room upstairs with a small bathroom. That's where we put the cousins. They loved it! There are bureaus and closets for storage. The master bedroom was spacious and had window air conditioner. There is another bedroom upstairs as well. I love the whole beach house feel to it and loved my morning coffee on the screened porch. The outdoor shower is very private with hot water, very nice after spending the whole day at the beach. The beach is just a short walk and is one of the best beaches I've ever been too. There is lots to do for the kids and adults as well. Great shopping, great restaurants and miniature golf. We stayed a week and it was a blast. I highly recommend this for a great family vacation.

We love OOB! I have been vacationing here since I was a kid and the same for my parents and grandparents. There are so many great memories of our family summer vacations here and my wife are continuing this tradition on with our own kids. We hope that you will fall in love with OOB as much as we have. There is no better beach in the world!
