We loved our stay. We had a group of 22 and everyone had plenty of space. The walk to the beach was super close. Would definitely recommend this place!

Family Vacation

Our entire family visited the Destin area and this home was everything we could imagine. The location was perfectly situated near anything you could want. A few minor things could be replaced but all in all it was perfect for our stay.

Overall, the place is nice & the location is awesome, but they definitely need to do basic maintenance checks. We had to call on outlets not working in the kitchen, bad shower heads, no pool Skimmer. The hot tub doesn't work as advertised, they chose not to fix it & now call it a kiddie pool. The cleaners do a very basic job. The ledges in the showers are full of thick dust. The place could be cleaned much better. Interior doors are black around the door handles. The kitchen amenities are lack luster. Kitchen cabinets desperatly need washed down. Hardly any kitchen utensils, what's there is barely usable. Dishwasher baskets are missing wheels, 3 dish towels. One broom for the whole house. Could definitely use a swiffer wet jet. The floors make your feet black. The microwave is on its last leg. Light bulbs were flickering, some tv remotes were missing. We bought our own grill brush. We found old bandaids, hair ties, trash & toys under the couch among other things, bottle caps in the pool. Didn't ruin our trip, but someone needs to be checking in on the house more. Beds were comfortable and clean though.

Pros: 1. Wonderful location- directly across from beach!2. Personal pool 3. House can accommodate large groups 4. Outdoor grill and wash area 5. Nice outdoor seating on the balconies and pool areas 6. Decent parking arrangements 7. Stocked with bathing towels-cloths 8. Spacious BedroomsCons:1. House was not very clean upon arrival-accumulated dirt on many surfaces, outdoor areas unclean as well2. House seemed to be under repair upon arrival with noticeable damages throughout the house 3. Very minimally stocked kitchen- Guest house kitchen not stocked at all 4. Hotub/Spa does not function 5. No beach chairs - wagon etc 6. Minimal toiletries, kitchen soap etcOverall the place was accommodating and in a great location. We were only disappointed with the Cons considering the price we paid, which should deliver some amenities. Now that we are aware of what we are paying for, we would probably stay again as it seemed they were working towards repairing the house.

Spring break vacation

- I’ll start off by saying the house itself look just like the pictures very big and spacious it was about 25 of us everyone slept comfortably -We paid for the heated pool 3 days before arrival it was NEVER turned on despite them constantly saying it was on, it 67degrees the whole time (100) a day Is the fee by the way, I reached out via Vrbo everyday no reply I had to call ocean reef directly for help( they also confirmed the heat was never turned on)- All of the bunk beds in the guest house covers was NASTY some one had to come over the next day and change them as well as things left under the bed-it was 2 refrigerators in the kitchen one of which was broken and smelly they added a much smaller one that work I’m guessing to replace it -A lot of the area had rust!
